Thank you for the people who have loved Mystic Messenger and have waited for so long. We are deeply sorry that we had to have you waited many times and have some of you disappointed that the game had a lot of severe bugs after the release.

Because of your support and love, we could challenge a new platform and could meet new users and we are very thankful. We have tried our best for the last 15 months to make a great game for you but we could not expect this many users at the release and we had no experience in realtime services so that we ended up failing to provide stable services for some users. We are deeply sorry that we failed to keep the time and made you wait, also.

It was a total new challenge for us and we are aware of that some of you have been disappointed and been angry because of the unstable services and unmeet expections.

However, our goal that making people happy with this game will never change and we won’t give up to provide stable and good services.

We are announcing another compensation that if you have made your account before 11th July 3:00 AM KST, you will be eligible to get free 800 hourglasses. Please use that to recover your game progress. If you believe that you need more compensation, please send us an email with a description of your situation.
