wonwoo x gn!reader
summary: wonwoo knows too much about you, but he just can't help himself
word count: 1k
warnings/extra stuff: fluff, swearing like once, white lies, probably a few typos
wonwoo is quiet, and you love that about him. you love that every time he speaks it's like a little treat. a loving remark, words of affirmation, a (corny) joke.Â
but sometimes, his quietness betrays him, like now. the two of you are sitting in your apartment after a long day of work for the both of you, and he watches with curious eyes as you leave the comfort of the couch to begin searching for something.
âwhat are you doing,â he says, his lips falling into an uncontrollable, slight pout.
âhave you seen my tote bag? the canvas one with long quote on one side and a picture of the bookstore on the other?â
âno, i havenât seen it,â he replies. âare you gonna start carrying it again? doesnât it have a massive hole in it?â
âwell, yeah, but i figured i should fix it, you know. itâs just cute and convenient and i wanna use it again.â
he hates to tell a white lie like this, even though he knows itâs in service of something bigger and better.Â
âmaybe you should look for it tomorrow, when you arenât so tired from work,â he suggests, sneakily trying to buy himself one more day to present your gift to you. tomorrow is your anniversary, so he only needs you to be patient for 24 hours for this to work.
âbut i want it for tomorrow,â you whine, a little embarrassingly childish. âa coworker of mine said if i brought it in tomorrow, she could have it fixed and back to me by the start of next week.â you leave the living room to continue your hunt.
he hums in response, carefully calculating his next move. heâs fully ready to just be quiet and let you wear yourself out and give up and come back to lie with him on the sofa. that is, before he starts to hear you make increasingly frustrated sighs, shutting drawers with more force than before, all telltale signs that your exhaustion from the day is mixing with this perceived inconvenience, and it will be only moments before you allow it all to upset you more that it should.Â
wonwoo rises to his feet and heads toward his bag by your front door.Â
âare you leaving?â you ask, peeking from your bedroom that youâve just begun to search, worried you havenât spent the night to the fullest with him.
heâs silent as he reaches in his bag, the one place he was certain your restored tote would remain safe and unfound. he unfolds the tote before your eyes, earning an agape mouth and surprised stare from you. he gives a smirk and slight laugh, slowly walking towards you with your early gift.
âthis was supposed to be your gift for tomorrow, but since someone is in such a hurryâŚâÂ
âhow did you know?â you ask, still shocked, but visibly pleased and calmed.
âi know how much you used to wear it, and i know youâve been kind of grumbling about it ever since it started falling apart.â
âwonwoo, i love you. for real. i donât think iâve known anyone so observant.â you pause, thinking of your next words, wondering how sentimental and emotional you want to get on this already tiring weeknight. deciding you arenât in the mood to get too sentimental about something that isnât too urgent, you settle for, âyou have no idea how much this means to me.â
wonwoo does know how much it means to you, though. wonwoo, who organizes your little library, going through and compiling all the best quotes youâve underlined in your favorite books. itâs his way of learning things about you that you donât really even know about yourself. do you care for romances with big gestures? which characters do you relate to? which do you loathe? on days where you happen to leave him alone in your apartment, perhaps while you run an errand or visit a friend, he takes it as his opportunity. so, when he goes through your books one day and finds an old bookstore receipt used as a shitty, flimsy bookmark, he canât help but smile. canât help but smile at the purchases, so mundane but so obviously you. a box of pens, a moleskin journal, a literary fiction book whose title he recognizes as the one that houses the receipt. the last item on the receipt is a tote bag that he immediately clocks as the bag you carried the day he met you, the name of the bookstore in a bold, classic typeface, printed on the side of the bag, faded after years of dedicated use. he doesnât bother to tell you all of this right now. maybe itâs because heâs quiet, maybe itâs because heâs shy, or maybe itâs because he knows the memories house something deeper than he knows youâre willing to divulge right now.
âyeah, well now i need to get you another present,â he says with that breathy laugh you love so much. it doesnât matter though, heâs bluffing. heâd gotten you two presents anyway.
(in a few months, he will tell you all of this. tell you that no, it wasnât just that you carried the bag so often that he chose to get it fixed. he will tell you that he, in fact, could only imagine the significance to you when he saw the saved receipt, saw that the bottom of it showed a total in a foreign currency, indicating that youâd gotten it from a place youâd likely only been once. a trip abroad youâd told him about in passing, but didnât seem interested in spending too much time talking about. he will tell you that heâd found an identical unused bag online, but feared a new bag would ruin the sentimental value, so he desperately searched for a qualified seamstress. and when he finishes his story, he will tell you that he wants to hear about the trip you got the bag on, from start to finish, in detail.)
a/n: i think i love this series.

There he goes again, making useless trips to the photocopier and back to his desk. You began to notice the newest team recruit had his odd behaviour, yet you didnât say anything to call him out. He wasnât creepy per se, but it seemed he was maybe just on edge most of the time.Â
He quickly became the weird man known as Joshua Hong, the handsome one who wears those striking blue dress pants to hide his fears. The one whose slick back hair makes the nervousness in his face visible. The one whose big hands treat everything so delicately. Youâve seen it all by the photocopier.Â
The most embarrassing interaction youâve seen him make was when he made a really bad joke to another colleague. You remembered her complaining about the noise of the machine and that no paper was coming out. And there he was again, opening the slot of the paper to give a hand to the woman. âWhat a terrible jam, right?â he said, showing her the crumbled paper. You saw the way his eyes crinkled and his lips slipped into a small smile. Yet your colleagueâs face remained stone.Â
After that, you havenât noticed him make any other interactions beyond greetings.Â
Ding!
Looking away from the man, your attention averted to the phone in your hand.Â
Team Meerkat (Office Team)
[Boss]: Reminder for Team Meerkat: Dinner at Uncle Benâs, 5:30 PM!
You sighed before shutting off your phone and checking the clock on the wall. 3:41 PM. You still had less than two hours.Â
Looking up again at the photocopier, Joshua Hong was already gone.Â
Entering the restaurant, youâre met with the rush of waitresses and the heat of freshly cooked meals.Â
âY/n!â
You spot Katy among the rest of your colleagues seated at a long table. Katy waves and gestures to the only empty seat left at the table. You awkwardly make your way behind the others in your row and seat yourself quickly.Â
âIâm so sorry,â you say. âI didnât mean to keep you all waiting.âÂ
âDonât worry about it,â you hear one of your colleagues. âLetâs all order now, shall we?â
You timidly nod before hastily picking up the menu.Â
Katy leans on your shoulder with her menu in her hand. âWanna get wonton with me?â
You chuckle, putting your head on top of hers. âSure,â
Your eyes slowly drifted off the menu to the glass entrance as if you were waiting for another. Caught by surprise, there is Joshua Hong, who stands with sad eyes watching the rest of you.Â
He stands in a long black coat for what others would assume is for this cold night, but you know it's for the loneliness that aches in his heart. Heâs not looking at you, but wondering what the warmth of spending time with your colleagues felt like.Â
Joshuaâs soft eyes met yours and tensed when he was caught staring. He then slightly turns to exit. Before his body fully moved, you waved in his direction to motion him to come in.Â
Your eyes widened as you had profoundly convinced him to come inside the restaurant. The rest of your colleagues turned to see the weird man from the office, the one they probably forgot was even part of Team Meerkats.Â
Joshua stumbles behind the row of chairs, removing his coat, âIâm so sorry for being late,â he nervously laughed. âTraffic, am I right?â
You hear some at the table agree and notice some didnât say anything.Â
âNo! Youâre right,â you say, grabbing a spare chair from behind you, and slotting it in between you and another colleague. âTraffic is crazy nowadays.â
You lightly grab Joshuaâs arms to motion him to sit on the new seat. You hear him swallow as he reluctantly lets you lead him to sit down.Â
âKaty and I are starting with wonton soup, you thinking the same?â you ask Joshua.Â
He stares at you with a slight tremble to his lips before nodding, âY-Yeah, sure. Iâd like that too.â
You stop the waitress behind you to change your order, âExcuse me,â you pick up your menu to show them the dish. âCan we get three wonton soups?â
The waitress jots down your order. âRight away.â
The rest of the evening felt as if it went smoothly, but the man beside you had not uttered a word the remainder of the time. You hadnât taken any other initiative to talk to him other than occasionally asking if the food was good, as this was your first time even talking to the weird man, Joshua Hong.Â
Subtly, youâd take glances at him, as he was drinking his soup. Youâve never seen him this closeup but from your observations in the office, he does treat everything so softly. Heck, even the spoon.Â
Once the dinner ended, most of the people had already left after the bill was handled. The only remaining were you and Katy standing outside of the entrance.Â
âIâll see you next week, Y/n,â she said, hugging you from the side. âIâll email you the final preparations of our project on Sunday, âkay?â
Realization hits you as you confirm, âRight, sounds good.â
Katy leaves you with a fond smile and before taking off, she detects another figure behind you and gives a silent farewell with her hand.Â
You turn and wonder who she just waved to, only to see no other than Joshua. For some reason, the stillness of the night made him look more handsome, the moonlight casting faint light on his features.Â
âHi,â he quietly says, breaking the silence.Â
âHey,â you say, looking at his coat instead of his face. âUh, we were glad you made it tonight.â
âReally?â Joshua smiled at this, but in a way, he knew it wouldnât have mattered whether he showed up or not.Â
You look up to see his eyes on you, those mellow eyes, looking into yours. âReally,â you argue, playfully punching his arm.Â
âThank you for tonight, by the way,â Joshua murmured, a faint smile touching his lips.Â
You gave him a reassuring nod. âOf course, any time.â
For a moment, you both stood there in the cool night, the quietness comfortable lingering with unspoken thoughts. Joshua seemed to be hesitant about something, his eyes darting away and then back to yours as if he was trying to form the right words.Â
When he finally spoke up, his voice came out almost as a whisper, âI-I know itâs late, but would you like to get some ice cream?â he shook his head. âAs a thank you, I mean.â
Stunned, you blinked but you couldnât control the smile that spread across your face. âThat sounds great,â you replied softly. âIâd love that.â
His eyes lit up with relief. âI know a place not too far from here if you donât mind walking.â
âLead the way, Mr. Hong,â you say jokingly, adjusting your coat.Â
Joshua laughed with you before you both began walking side by side.
He stops you at the small but charming ice cream parlor, the glow of the neon signs casting a warm light onto his face. He held the door open for you, allowing you to step inside and be greeted by the sweet aroma of waffle cones.Â
âWhat will it be tonight?â Joshua asked, glancing at the array of flavours.Â
You sighed before deciding. âIâm thinking cotton candy, you?â
âStrawberry,â he said with a grin. âThatâs all Iâve gotten ever since I moved here.â
You snorted at this. âOnly strawberry?âÂ
âYup,â he nodded.Â
As you both received your treats, Joshua led you to a corner of a parking lot to sit.
âIâm a bit of an oddball, right?â he chuckled once you're both sat, looking down at his half-eaten ice cream. âI guess I never really know how to act around people.â
You reached out, arms around his frame lightly. âI think youâre doing just fine. But I have to admit, you are just a tiny bit.â
The same crinkle and the way his lips slipped into a smile formed on his face, the exact one you remembered from that day.Â
âOh really?â he smirked.Â
âHmmâŚâ you began. âWell, I always wondered what you do by the photocopier.â
Joshuaâs gaze became fixated on you, searching for the right words. âMaybe because Iâd get a better view of you than at my desk.â
You bit your tongue, holding your laugh. âYou are really an oddball, arenât you?â
âAn oddball that would like to take you out again?â he proposed.Â
You giggled. âThe only oddball Iâd say yes to.â

You giggled. âThe only oddball Iâd say yes to.â

a/n - ive never posted my writing anywhere.. i rmbred smth funny that happened with my sister when we were younger.. also any feedback is always wanted thx
Jeonghan watches you with low eyes as you stumble on the sidewalk. The club still blares its music which he would consider at an ungodly hour. Man, he never knew why you put yourself in these situations, none of it seemed fun to him.Â
The closer you get to his car, the more it worries him. Itâs clear youâre intoxicated by the way your legs cripple. The moment you spotted him at the clubâs entrance, you kept your head down the rest of the way.Â
With a sigh, Jeonghan opened the driver's seat door and walked up to you. You hadnât noticed he even left the car, so while still lurking forward, your forehead hits his chest. He looks down at your vulnerable state before grabbing your shoulders to stand you upright. Now, this got your attention, with your gaze now looking upon Jeonganâs handsome one.Â
âDid you have a blast, pretty?â
âY-Yeah! It wasđthere wasđâ you try saying, in excitement.Â
âOr did you get blasted?â he asks, cutting you off. Â
The tilt of your head gave everything Jeonghan needed to know. You were absolutely confirmed wasted. That sharp tongue of yours is gone, temporarily, of course.Â
âCâmon, Y/n, let's get you inside. Itâs cold out.â
He motions your body by the passengerâs seat door, opening it for access. You being in a hazy state, were a little too slow for his liking. All flaws aside, he remained patient.Â
Once you were sitting comfortably and buckled in, Jeonghan shut the door and made his way to the other side of the car.Â
Despite the cold air chilling his bones, it did not compare to the warmth in his heart he had for you. No matter how tired he is when you call him, he always finds a way to show up. Given the situation, you may have tested his patience, but there was never a time when heâd leave you stranded.Â
The shut of the driverâs door took you out of your trance and you stared at Jeonghan with curious intent. You observe the way he starts the car, oddly becoming more attractive the moment he puts his hand behind your seatâs head to back out.Â
âWhat?â he asks, sounding more like a statement.Â
âSâColdâŚâ you slur.Â
He then reaches for a button that slowly brings heat into the car. After a few minutes, the windows are now fogged, piquing your interest.Â
You whispered, âOh,â before turning to your doorâs window, fully immersed and eyes wide.Â
Jeonghan raised his brow, confused but not surprised at your sudden gape, which was cute if anyone asked him. His hand still on the wheel, he decided heâd entertain you as it was clear you werenât sleepy either.Â
At the red light, he turns to look at you only to see that you drew, his eyes grown in shockđa large penis? A poorly drawn penis that surely canât be anatomically correct on his car window.Â
Jeonghanâs brows furrow at your drawing. Disappointment? Proud? Hilarious? He didnât know what to feel.
âW-What did you just draw?â Jeonghan says, almost laughing.Â
âA dick,â you murmured, ruining the drawing by tracing its outline.Â
He bites his tongue in hopes of controlling himself, but god, nothingâs ever happened like this with you before. Â
Jeonghan chuckles softly. âWhat drug did you take thatâs making you act like this, pretty?â
âNostalgia?â you shrug, eyes still wide.
He hums at your answer, eyes now on the road when the light turns green. For another few minutes, it's silent before you start talking.Â
âWhenâŚâ you breathe heavily before continuing. âWhen I was younger,â
âMhm?â
âI remember, my sister, she really, really liked to draw.â
He humours you. âI guess it runs in the family, huh?â referring to the drawing you drew on the window, but you pay no mind.Â
âIn the winter when it was really cold and y-you had toâŚâ The thoughts in your mind lingered. âYou had to turn the heat on.â
Now at this point, Jeonghan had become a little alert on your speech patterns, nevertheless, he listened to your rambling.Â
âAnd, uh, the windows would fog up like this,â you say, pointing at the drawn penis on his window, âand my sister, sheđshe always would draw on it.â
âOh? Did she draw penises too?â
Now this made your brows furrow, but he couldnât see your pout due to it being late at night. Little did he know, he had fully unlocked a memory of yours. Your mind remembered the rage you had felt that day, putting together the words to tell Jeonghan the story.Â
âY/n?â
âYes, Hannie, she did draw penises too,â you said sternly.Â
The tone of your voice had set him off, for a second fooling him into thinking you were actually upset.Â
âY/nđâ
âI remembered when she drew a very âdetailedâ one. One she left on the window before we went back in the house.â you grumble before continuing. âOur dad saw it and was furious when he saw a large penis on his 2009 Honda Civic car window.â
Jeonghan was speechless, it was almost laughable but heâd never let you know that.Â
âAnd when he took us out, as a way to confront us,â you suck a breath, now sounding sober. âYou know who got in trouble?âÂ
He glances at you to find you staring right at him and he cocks a brow up. âWho?â
âMe!â you say angrily. âAnd then I had to sweep the floorsđfor a whole month, Hannie! All because I giggled when I saw it!â
He smirks at this, grasping the absurdity of your story. Jeonghan felt a little teasing wouldnât hurt no one. âIf I can recall, Y/n, that one day I was with your parentsâŚâ
âH-Huh?â
âYour dad said âI love my cars like I love my daughtersâ?â he says, mentally cringing. âIsnât that wrong of you to laugh at your dadâs prized possession?â
âOkay, but my sisterđâ
Jeonghan clicks his tongue. âI still love you, yaâknow,â he sighs, âeven though youâre a bit heartless.â

You giggled. âThe only oddball Iâd say yes to.â

its another friday night, but this time youre alone. thereâs no friday-night-movies-and-cuddling anymore since you and seokmin broke up, which left you feeling lonely.
you found yourself scrolling through your pictures of when you were still together, you couldnât help but feel a pang in your heart and let some tears flow down your face.
you missed the way he would do anything to make you happy, maybe it hurt him more seeing you sad than you feeling the sadness yourself. you missed his long and full of love texts, he would never reply to your text in a dry way, instead he would always send heartwarming texts with heart emojis and cute emoticons to reassure you that he loves you and is not mad. you missed his selfies, the selfies he would send you after waking up, going to work, eating, getting back to work and going to bed.
you stared at the picture of you two eating his homemade food, oh how you missed his food. the way he always made sure you had at least one proper meal. his quiet and melodic humming becoming singing and filling the kitchen with his soft voice while hes focused on chopping the vegetables, the way you would hug him from the back while hes cooking, one hand mixing the ingredients and the other reaching out for your hands, making sure that you wouldnt break the hug so soon.
and your late night talks? you loved so much, always talking about your feelings or talking about anything that would turn into a deep conversation or to you giggling while he kisses your neck and pulls you closer telling how much he loves you.
at this point you were missing even your arguments, the only way of you two moving on from the argument being you peppering him with kisses, starting with his cheeks, moving to his forehead, going back to his cheeks, following to his chin, then one kiss on the tip of his nose and one sweet and gentle, but yet full of love, kiss on his lips. he would always immediately melt into your kiss and press his forehead against yours while caressing your cheek and whispering softly âim sorry.. i love youâ.
but mostly of all, you missed his touch and his gentle love. his hands always reaching out for your hands or your cheeks. the way he used to caress your hair in such a gentle and slow pace to make sure he wouldnt mess your hair up when your head was laying on his lap. his fingers traveling through your body, focusing on your âimperfectionsâ, which to him they were far away from being imperfections and it always hurt him when you said you dont like something about your body, while telling you how perfect you are.
he loved you with all his heart and soul and was never scared to show you that love, but you took him for granted and now all you can do is miss him and wonder how things would have turned out if you didnt change around him out of nowhere because your insecurities, not letting him in and refusing to be vulnerable around him.
in which vernon would chose you every life time, based on his favorite movie :)
ive been writing alot of vernon latelyyyy (if u get the movie and references, give me a hug.)
-
the screen went black after the movie ended leaving vernon and you speechless
this had to be one of the most beautiful movies you two had seen after binging so many. you turned over to vernon who was still staring at the screen with a blank stare, reading his facial expression you moved a piece of his hair out of his face to get a better view which knocked him out of his trance
slightly flinching at the sudden touch but relaxed realizing it was you
âwhats on your mind?â
you asked still looking up at him
âwould you love me in every life time?â
the question stunned you for a second, why was he asking this so suddenly?
âi mean waymond loved her in all of his lives. so i was just thinkingâŚ
would you love me in all your lives?
would you even choose me?â
each question left you shocked, because you hoped he knew the answer already. but sometimes everyone needs reminders,
right?
âsol,â you started catching gaining back his attention. he slightly turned his head to you as if he was afraid of what youd say
âill choose and love you in every life i live. even if youre not a option and i have to find you myself, ill do that just do be loved by you in every single universe of mineâ
vernon finally looked at you and smile slightly contented with you answer. he held you a bit closer and ran his hand through his hair
âi knew youd say that, i just wanted a littleâŚ
reminder?â
âi know.â
âi would choose you in every lifetime of mines too
i dont think i could ever live without youâ
so there you both were, laying on the couch holding eachother knowing that even if the universe did set you apart, you both would slowly find eachother again no matter the circumstances
because you know he would look for you, and you know you would look for him
no matter if you two were rocks in the same pile, you would dig through the other rocks to find him. a special rock, one that shines in your eyes and to that heâll look for you and once he finds you, you both will live as rocks together

WHAT ! - vernon slowly getting replaced by sofia ^_^ thank you to this anon !!!
warnings : kisses, petnames, mentions of the other svt members, slight skin ship, not proof read, established relationship au
-
when vernon had met you, he knew from the beginning that you were the one. being committed to someone romantically was scary for him but what scared him even more was the thought of introducing the wrong person to his family, his family was very special to him. vernon wouldnt introduce just anyone to his family
so when he laid down next to you in bed staring at the ceiling as you were on your phone and asked you
âdo you wanna come back to new york with me? just to get away for a bitâŚand meet my family?â
the last part was a faint whisper but was loud enough for you to hear it. youve talked to his family over the phone on the occasion they call him and want to say hi to you, and kept contact with his mom and sister texting them every so often
but youve never actually met them in person
the thought of it shook you a bit knowing this was a big step in your guys relationship.
noticing your pause he held your hand âi promise theyll love you, they already doâ he said comfortingly as he looked over at you
-
so there you both were standing in the airport in new york ready to pick up your bags. you ordered a uber as vernon picked up the luggages, and when he came back he kept his hand on your lower pack comfortably guiding you through the airport
the uber was quiet besides faint whispers between vernon and you. he pointed at places that he wanted to take you to or told you stories about his childhood remembering the sights as the car passed them
when you two got to vernons childhood house you guys thanked the drive as vernon opened the door for you and took out the luggages before thanking the driver
making your way to the door you stood there waiting for vernon as he approached with the bags, going down you grabbed one to help him instead of ringing the doorbell
âdid you ring or knock?â he asked looking at you with a faint smile
âno, i wanted to help youâ you bluffed tightening your grip on the suitcase
he smiled and rubbed his fingers over your grip ârelax, its no big deal okay? youll fit in just fineâ he assured as he rang the doorbell
you heard running to the door and see sofia smiling at you. she wrapped her arms around you causing you to smile hugging her back
âits so nice to see you in personâ she mumbled into the hug
vernon smiled at the sight and cleared his throat causing sofia and you to break up the hug
âim here tooâ he smiled at his sister to which she rolled her eyes playfully âi can see thatâ
sofia brought you inside the house, inside you see his mom setting the table and his dad walking towards you to give you a hug catching his moms attention and joining in. they both hugged you as vernon watched smiling from afar knowing that he was right
you had nothing to worry about
vernon walked up stairs to his room to set down the bags. he looked around making mental notes of what to show you and the stories he has on his room. from the figurines, to the vinyls, and even the albums he had bought
as he walked downstairs he sees you and his family already seated as if he was the guest, he grinned and sat down by you making you sandwiched between sofia and him.
the table was filled with laughs, stories, and vernons embarrassment as his family exposed his embarrassing stories
as dinner ended you help clear the table letting you bond with his mom, as soon as you finished vernon watched as his sister brought you up to her room to talk
he shook his head as he saw you both go up stairs smiling knowing where this will lead
vernons mom and him caught up as he chilled in the kitchen with her
âyou have a good person vernonâ his mom told him making him smile for the 500th time, but he already knew that information he was happy that his family knew how great you were
-
he walked upstairs walking past his sisters room where he heard both of your guys laughs
vernon started unpacking yours and his stuff and laid out your pajamas for you as he freshened up
after maybe a hour and a half of him being up stairs he started to miss you but you was still with his sister. vernon laid in his bed debating on whether he should bring you back to his room or let you have fun with sofia when it clicked to him
YOURE HIS PARTNER?
he sat up and walked to sofias room softly knocking on the door before opening it catching both of your guys attention. you both looked over at him as if he was some intruders, he sat by you and tugged on your shirt slightly âcome back to my roomâ he mumbled causing sofia to groan âno, stay with meâ
vernon looked over at sofia âwell this is my partnerâ
âand this is my best friendâ
you watched as they both bickered enjoying the sibling dynamic between the both of them
âyou have them all the time, i got like 3 hours with themâ sofia defended herself
âwell youll have a full week with themâ vernon said ending the argument bringing you back to his room
-
vernon and you both laid down as you rested your head on his chest looking at the missing half dim sticky stars he had on his ceiling. he pointed at the different things in his room explaining the stories
pointing at a spiderman plush sitting on a shelf he starts speaking
âthat one, my dad won it for me at-â
he was cut off by his door opening, you both looked up and see sofia peeking in
âyn, tomorrow do you wanna go explore with me?â she asked eagerly
âof courseâ you smiled making vernon look at you
âwhat about me?â he asked looking over at sofia to which she closed the door
he laughed slightly and rested back down on the bed
âi told youâŚâ vernon mumbled
âyou have nothing to worry about, you fit right inâ
he closed his eyes and smiled at how you got along so well especially, with his sister. his sister taught him a lot of things about relationships and how to guide through them instead of being a rock and hes glad that he sees the results of her coaching paying off
sure, maybe sheâll steal you from him but he couldnt blame her, if he were someone else heâd want to steal you too
so this week will be long for him, but vernon would wait ages if that mean he could see you spend time with his sister
-
BONUS : pouty clingy vernon
after 3 days in new york, which were just 3 days of his sister hogging you. you had came back to vernons house to see a pouty vernon laying in bed
you slowly approached him just incase you were seeing things but nope, the pout was very visible (maybe to you only but who cares)
when vernon saw you he held his arms out to which you filled in the space allowing him to hug you
âive missed you todayâ he mumbled against your hair
âyou have?â
âyeah my sister has been taking you for these 3 days when its suppose to be a you and me getaway
im glad youre getting along with my family, especially my sister but does she really need to take you 24/7?â
âmaybe?â you smiled
vernon rolled his eyes playfully and looked down at you
âso whatd you and her do today?â
âah!â you said pulling out some bags
âwe went to brunch, then went to this pop up storeâ you explained pulling out the bags and each item
and s you explained, vernon watched smiling, but not at what you got but you. he enjoyed seeing the look and smile on your face as you explained your day with his sister, even if he was sulking 5 minutes ago he enjoys seeing you happy.
even if its for the reason hes sulky
âtomorrow you wanna go out with me? i have some things to show youâ he asked smiling after you finished your haul
