I'm starting to think my relatability to these characters is increasing by the day. Just like them I consistently find myself risking all of my self to make other people happy, people who half the time would never bother to do the same for me. I'm self sacrificial at heart, and even though I'm aware of it, my self worth has gotten so frequently miniscule that I just don't care anymore. I know what I want sometimes but everytime someone else is interested in whatever that is as well I find myself trying to give it to them, knowing I'll regret it, but it'll make them happy and I'm also just so scared I won't be good enough for the person or thing I want and that maybe that other person will be. Then there's the occasions where I'm like "I do deserve happiness and to go after things I want," then when I start fully pursuing that, I either have messed it all up with my previous self sacrificial moments and its too late or something happens that makes me realize/think that maybe the people and things that I want don't want me back and I go back to thinking my life is doomed and I'm better off either dissappearing off the planet or continuing the sacrificial cycle at the expense of my mental health and happiness. I want to be happy, I really do, but I just can't bring myself to believe that I actually deserve that a majority of the time.
