He laughed, the woman to the point as always. “Every moment apart from you is a strain upon my heart,” he laughs, well aware of the irony of his words.
He cast a prospective eye upon her wares, keeping his face neutrally blank as he examined the variety of rifles and other such equipment that lay spread upon the table. “Very interesting,” he murmured, even as he ran a finger along a shiny, silver barrel. There were other things too, weapons of strange shapes and sizes that despite their peculiar nature, seemed, deadly enough. “Weapons that you don’t know how to work?” He raised an eyebrow at her comment. “Well that’s something you don’t see everyday. How did you acquire these? Inquiring minds would like to know.”
Juliet let out a laugh at the words, shaking her head. “Oh how you flatter me so.” She commented, before sobering up.
She watched as the other touched the weapons, listening to him talk to himself. As she was addressed she moved closer to the table, almost trying to protect her wares from her captain. “I do admit that I am frustrated by my lack of knowledge over these weapons, though I am close to getting it done.” she explained, picking up one of the new, unknown weapons.”Well, that’s something you don’t need to know, I need to keep some secrets.”
