You see evidence of this in people where their behaviours change, or in more volatile situations, outbursts or fights; essentially, situations where there’s zero communication, or unhealthy communication. In order to start changing that, the person who self identify with emotions too much, meaning to say that this person will believe their feelings are 100% truth despite strong evidence against it. What can they do? What can you do if you are like this? Change is not overnight. Do this for a start - learn to separate self from your emotions. One way is to change the wording. This doctor’s name is Michel Goldman, and he was diagnosed with lymphoma found at side of his neck and other areas.
