And plan for today is to clean my room have some steps in. But I don't kn9w how I will do it as my feet hurt so much for no reason? Like the padding on the front toe next to fingers hurt so much. BECASUE I really want to go to teh gym but I can bearly walk but I think I will push thru and today when I will be back home I will go make some foot care later.

Right now I'm planning on cleaning my room as I have 6 hours till my bus or I will take a car. We will see.

So I woke up had a terrible sleep. Again. I dunno why but I just can't have s good night of sleep ever. Nd it's not even 'oh because you're not eating right' even when I had the best diet. 3 healthy meals 1800 kcal everything I was still sleeping like shit so I think I need to go to psychiatrist to take sleeping pills. But we will see.

Plan for today is of course omad and eating 500 kcal so yaaay. Also going out with a kid or maybe Ben a GYM FINALLY. Girl I really need to go back because I'm missing the amazing feeling after it. Feeling light and just good about myself so. Or even now do some exercise as I have nothing to do.

And also i forgot to write it but yesterday I also did like 10 to 11 dances so yeah. More calories burned.

AND YESTERDAY I did a full hair care and o m g they're soooo soft and everything. The 120 zł for hair products were a good idea.

Now hoping the kid won't wake up so early.

Night thought

So I think about doing omad, dinner time or lunch and then just chilling.

There would be a lot of benefits from that.

1. I always see my bf during the day so he would see I "eat"

2. I hate eating in the morning

3. Hate hate HATE falling asleep feeling full.

So yeah tommorow I will start doing it for real (even tho I was doing that kinda before )

I will stay at the calories I ate today which is 313 calories. Also will go on a walk today so that's good.

I was dying at work so I ate rice cakes with chocolate (only thing I had in my locker ) so yeah. Also I want to kill my menager as she yelled at me for a little thing that I usually don't do but she lost her shit and then acted all cutesy when people were around stupid bitch.

On scale 67.5 so I'm happy. Today will be much more because I will be outside my house.

So today was another good day. Maybe not perfect but good. I ate around 600-700 BC I got my period today. Bummer. Didn't go to the gym as I had a lot of things to do in the city + my stomach hurts. But I got 7000 steps. And burned 211 kcal from that ( it's probably much more but yeah) so I'm either on small + with kcal or -. I wil be just happy if I will be skinnier tommorow. Plan for the evening is to chill play some games get ready for bed and read a book. I LOVE HUNTING ADELINE OH GOSHHHHH. and tommorow work in the morning and then sleeping over at my sister house so good luck for me.

Completely different topic. I was out with my new shoes on and I got blisters and I'm so mad. BECASUE i especially bought those plasters for heel and they did nothing. So probably will put on thick socks and try to get them a little more loose.

So now I have a little bit of hard choice to do because it's either eating 500 a day and I could lose up to 10 to 12 kilograms in 44 days or eating 900 and losing from 8 - 10 kg. It is like I don't know which one to choose because also I know that I want to lose as much as possible without killing myself because I know that the way that I'm choosing is not healthy but also I am not that dumb teenager anymore that is so delusional but yeah this is enough to give my body what I need but I'm thinking that I will choose the 500 eating one meal a day. And the prioritizing proteins to give my body the recovery, buy vitamins and take them. I probably also know that this will be much more kilograms then it is calculated because body works differently.

big tip for the girlies. If your w e i g h t is stuck after eating for along time in a big calorie deficit what you could do is for one day pop up your calorie intake like 500 more and during that day eat healthy and prioritize protein and of course in the morning the weight could be up but it's not because you gained weight don't you worry after that day go back to your normal calorie intake and it should be going down again you just need a little reset for your body because it got used. just shock the body in a way and everything should be popped back right in the right place.

On scale 68kg so yaaay -1.9 kg were very happy!!!

Plan for today is to go to the gym do some cardio and ass workout( I loveeee it)

Go to the shop to buy some hair products to the hair will be on best health for hair appointment in a month :))))

Also yesterday at night I ate a little sandwich ( it was prob 300 c max so) because I had 900 kcalories max and I only ate 172 and I knew if I wouldn't eat I would had a binge ( remember to listen to your body at least a little!!!!) so yeah that's all for real
