24/7 diapers but it’s shared

The rules are simple:

One of you must be in diapers at all times

When in diapers they are your toilet

You negotiate between yourselves who wears when

Both can wear at the same time if you wish

This can be a fun dynamic especially if you struggle with 24/7 as it allows for breaks but only by your partner stepping up and wearing.

Combine with games, chore reward charts or random dice rolls to decide who’s wearing. E.g. whoever wins this chess game gets 3 diaper free days.

You can also optionally add a rule that the non diapered partner has to do all the diaper changes, so if you’re bored of changing messy diapers you can ask to switch to the diaper wearer role instead.
