It depends what you mean by gain 8kgs. If it’s 8kg of muscle mass, it might take you a while before you get there. If you’re talking about a mix of muscle mass and fat, unfortunately you have no control on where the fat will be stored.
When you’re gaining weight you can either doing it the slow and lean way or the fast and dirty way.
So I highly recommend you to do the first option. Progressively increase your caloric intake to build lean muscle mass instead of adding fat to your body. This will allow you to have more control on your weight gain and simply adjust if you think you’re getting too big.
