ANYWAY this is an Incredibles concept i’ve been messing around with for the last few days: a Civil War-style ultimatum for superheroes - register with the government in full and agree to operate under their instruction or be marked as public enemies. a great first step after re-legalising superheroes in theory, but a lot shadier in practice and the Incredibles aren’t buying it!

our good buddy tony is aquakinetic, and (among many other lowkey supers) is approached by agents to become part of a new range of government-designed superheroes; with the primary objective to convince existing heroes to join up or get taken down. Riptide is pretty convinced he’s on the right side of this battle, but that conviction might not last too long…
