T-3 weeks!!
My 10km test last Saturday only shows that I need a good nightās sleep prior to running. With raya and other stresses, the sleep pattern has been wonky- that, coupled with greasy foods and high sugar content in most stuff I ate = just heavy.Ā I miss the feeling of running free.Ā Anyway, since I have decided to not stress over timing, I just want to be able to finish strong - double hills is still a challenge. I want to be able to run DH fully, not the jog-walk that Iāve been doing. Plenty of time to improve on this, if I only manage to keep the motivation going and keep running.Ā
Things that I have been lazy doing:Ā 1- sync Garmin to Strava - because, well, I hate seeing my non-improvement and regression...Ā 2- update on here Well, this is a good improvement, is it not?Ā
