Life Goes On

" If you’re nice we just might," Jasmine teased before her lips found Josh’s again. She did have to admit that she wanted to continue kissing him, but this really wasn’t the time for it. The rest of the sleuth would be arriving and the cubs needed her complete focus. Jasmine rolled her eyes at Josh for his comment. It was a joke, but there was some truth behind it. Being in the state they were in plus the full moon was making for an interesting combination for the night. Who knew what would happen.  " I was wondering how you ever behaved yourself in the first place."

"Nice... I'm always nice." Josh's eyes didn't leave Jasmine's body as she undressed. He'd seen her naked a million times before, but this felt a bit different. Like it should, obviously. There was a new intimacy seeping into this moment, taking over what used to be such a mundane task and creating a huge ball of tension that sat between them like a heavy stone. 

" I’ll make a note of that," Jasmine replied before wrapping her arms around Josh after he kissed her again. This wasn’t how thing’s were the last time they were alone together. It was the moon dictating exactly how the pair were supposed to be around each other. Jasmine couldn’t argue with instinct even if thing’s were still so complicated in her head. There were a lot of thing’s that needed to be dealt with including her self imposed widow status she gave after losing Gage and the feeling that coming out of it wasn’t exactly right, even though the bear told her otherwise. It was something that would have to be dealt with. Tonight was not the night though. 

"No... I suppose not... but we should find alone time... sometime soon I hope." Josh kissed her once again, letting his lips linger for a minute before pulling away. "I guess this is the part of the evening where we get naked... and I try and behave myself..." He grinned at her, trying to make jokes during a situation that he was actually slightly nervous about. It wasn't as if Jasmine hadn't seen everything he had to offer before. However, this felt a bit different, more like he was being judged, determined whether or not he was worthy for... well worthy for her. 

. " If you ever think I have too much class, just remember I dance half naked for a living and that should sober you right up," Jasmine replied before being pulled closer to Josh. His skin felt warm under her fingertips as her bear started to grow restless from not coming out. " The full moon is always interesting," Jasmine replied with a slight teasing sound to her voice. She knew exactly why it would be interesting. It was obvious, but the Beta had to give Josh  hard time otherwise they would lose fifty percent of the fun in their dynamic. 

"Honestly... you can call me whatever you like, as long as I can keep doing this." Josh kissed her, a bit harder this time. It was short and precise. A kiss to make a point. The point being that he wanted her, both his bear and his man. It was rougher around the edges than normal, his more dominant side showing it's colors. When he pulled away, he grunted, the bear clawing at his insides to continue. 

Jasmine kissed Josh back, being as gentle as possible with a little cub in her arms. Her bear wasn’t liking how restrained she was behaving. It wasn’t in Jasmine’s nature to be like that, but the small blonde was trying to navigate her way through a few complications in life and whatever was becoming of her relationship with her Alpha. She wasn’t thinking as instinctively as she normally had before.

"Some class yes... though I'll admit there are times I wish you didn't." There was a mischievous glint in Josh's eyes as the words escaped his lips. Jasmine wanted to kiss him, he could read it in her body language and feel her bear coming towards his, as if it was an entity all it's own. Joshua had to oblige, so he tugged the beta against him, smiling as her hands rested on his bare chest. 

Jasmine was always excited for the full moon.She couldn’t help it, but it was just part of her nature. Sure, there was always the threat of hunters and other predators coming in. And with such young cubs, Jasmine was always on high alert. That didn’t mean she loved the nights any less. 

"Indeed we are." Josh scooped up the furry beast in his arms, Kyle nipping at his ear. While holding a cub in one arm, Josh used the other to wrap Jasmine up in a hug, leaning down to capture her lips in his. It was a short kiss, mainly due to the two cubs in their arms. Joshua wanted it to last longer, his bear reaching out to hers, but now was not the time or the place. He pushed his furrier side back down, forcing it to behave, for now.
