I’d say I’m a typical teenage boy. I entered high school with the mentality that I could become anything I wanted to be as long as I worked hard. However even I knew I couldn’t become some things like become that studly football player or captain of the swim team with that ripped body. I soon realized that high school was more about being in the moment with the people that encompassed my daily life. I grew up believing that our lives are filled with moments of impact; moments that change who we are. Whether it's meeting a someone new, re-establishing an old friendship, or spending some time with the family; these moments define the people we are today. With this mentality at play, I aspired to capture these moments that my friends and I encountered through high school. Because the things that we did here, would determine the type of people we would grow up to be. Through the sorrow and smiles, I captured these memories. Even though I started as that little scrawny freshmen with a point and shoot, just taking random pictures, I really didn’t think of any technical aspect of photography. I didn’t have a mentor, or go to any class, and I’d say I’ve come a long way just looking at where I am today. Still, I have tons to learn, but I can’t wait to experience the adventure along the way.
