#Soundoff2019 This has been my third year doing Inktober, and though I didn't get to finish on time due to illness, it has been my most productive Inktober with 24 drawings completed! I'm really pleased with what I've managed to achieve and surprised myself with how far I've been able to increase my skills! Here's my favourite 10 drawings from this year.

Inktober day 24 - 'Dizzy' - Jazz Pioneer Dizzy Gillespie

Inktober day 20 - 'Tread' - Fossil footprints. Trail of hominid footprints fossilized in volcanic ash. This 70 metre trail was found by Mary Leakey's expedition at Laetoli, Tanzania in 1978. It dates from 3.7 to 3.0 million years ago & shows that hominids had acquired the upright, bipedal, free-striding gait of modern man by this date. The trail probably belongs to Australopithecus afarensis.

Inktober day 17 - 'Ornament' - a couple of ornamental koi

Inktober day 16 - 'Wild' - what have I become... *takes a long hard look at self* it's Oscar Wilde but with the head of a Wildebeest because I couldn't think of anything else for the 'wild' prompt.

A good excuse to use my gold and silver pens!
