Gym Update: At first it was just me going to the gym, later my partenr joined. Then later my ate, now mynother ate joined too with her daughter hehehe! Naimpluwensyahan din sila. Happy!

As someone who are financially irresponsible, we’ve never thought of applying for a Japanese Visa that’s why we only go to places where Visa ain’t recquired. But here we are, went to travel expo to avail the discounted Visa application and preparing our recquirements. Nonplans on going to Japan but let’s see how it’ll unfold - Taiwan 2027 (jowa & I’s birthday) or Japan 2026 (sister’s birthday).

I envy priveleges. I know I have some that others might not have. It’s just in this economy it ain’t enough to live. Survive maybe, yes. But not to live the life we deserve.

I wanna look and feel good in just my underwear too. Soon! Pretty soon hopefully!

We were at a “friend’s” house, after taking a bath, saw my reflection from the mirror, the gym gains are more noticeably. Yay! May bunga naman na pala ung pag punta sa gym. Tho I weight around the same paden. Haha! But small win paden. Mas ginanahan to continue. Hehe!

Gusto ko naren mag hire ng PT. Kaso wala pa sa budget.

Nababawasan ang mga naka Apple Watch sa gym haha! Mga naka Garmin or other brand na. 😂 Ako eto na nawalan ng watch, wala pa pamalit.

Sakit ng puwet (glutes) ko! Hahaha! New PR ee. And some other parts of the body are bit sore too. Not complaining tho.

Bakit parang lahat ng mga trentahin nasa self love era? Even ung mga may love life ah. I mean, nasa gym, natakbo, self development era. Ganun. Hahaha! Guilty!

Any gym goer here who has experience in taking mass gainer? What would you recommend po? I’ll shift from whey protein to mass gainer protein.
