I have friends of friends who like every post, comment something nice on every post, or just show a lot of affection to everyone. They're what I consider "nice." A good friend. I've never been one to show that much affection, even to my best of friends or vice versa. And it always bothered me, it made me question whether I was nice or not. Most of my friends or people that know me say I'm really nice. However, the practical side of me always made me think otherwise. I always based decisions on practicality, would it be worth it to waste 20 min to pick up a friend one way when I lived right next to the restaurant or for him to drive over. Etc, stuff like that. I now think that being practical and being nice are not mutually exclusive. Some people are just full of affection, while others are more down to earth and "chill." One is not better than the other, just different. And I still feel loved by the ones I call my friends, even if they don't show it all the time. And I'm sure they feel the same.

Went shooting today with the fam. Skeet shooting is really fun!!! Wish I knew about this while I was living in sj.

River rafting............much rather do white water rafting, at least we got a workout in!!
