How would you write "stay" and "promise" I'm looking to get them as tattoos.
If I were to write it, I would do so like this.
The arrangement of parts and decorative branches can be in away way you'd like, but this would be the basic spelling. Hope that helps, sorry for the LONG wait. đ
Yes it can! That is all the same "word stuff" as in my post, so you can decorate it however you would like and make it look pretty. All that matters is the specific symbols and certain lines, otherwise it doesn't matter

Hey guys, this is the guy who made Lux, Scrybe of Chance. I know it has been a while, but I still love Inscryption very much and have a bit more to share.
So, I made a proper blog for Inscryption stuff! It will probably mainly be rp/ask stuff, but it will be a more dedicated place for my Inscryption content. See y'all there! :D
Hello again! I have drawn up the side deck card and some explanations of a few of the new sigils that chance cards can have. Hope you enjoy.
First we have the side deck cards, the Di Guy. The Di Guy is an exercise in random usefulness. It always cost one luck point, so you will always be able to play something on your turn, even if you roll low, but its usefulness is decided by chance. It has a random health value (1-6) every time you draw it, and a random sigil. What will you draw? A beefy blocker? Resource cards? Free mox? Or will fate be stacked against you and you end up with something worthless.
âThe lowly Di Guy. I wonder how lucky you will get?â
Rolled Vitality. Seen above in the Di Guy, Rolled Vitality gives your card a random (1-6) health value. Rolling high or low can change the fate of played cards, adding the high reward of a rolled six, or the weakness of a rolled 1.
âGambling is my life, so why shouldnât it be the same for your cards?â
Rolled Strength. The inverse of Rolled Vitality, Rolled Strength imbues your cards with a random (1-6) attack value. And just like itâs counterpart, this makes the fate of your cards ever changing. Do you make it big with high attack, or do you get another card to do a few damage?
âWhy not subject more to the fates of chance? Especially something so important.â
And finally, Rolled Cost. The final part of the rolled trio, Rolled Cost makes your cards have a random (1-6)Â luck point cost. Will you get a very strong card that only cost a few luck, or do you get a weaker cost card you are just waiting to play when you roll high enough.
âShould the value of things really be decided by chance? Of course it should!â

Hello everyone! Today, I'm gonna be just posting some general lore and stuff about my Scrybe and his friends and stuff. Bit since its gonna be a bit wordy it's all below the break.
Before that, I have a question. Would you guys prefer it if I made a blog specifically for Lux and Inscryption stuff? This is just kinda the general blog I made when joining tumblr, so I've just been using it. I want to be more engaged here, so would you prefer it if it was all in one place? Idk, just give feedback below if you want. Thanks to those who do!
Also, even before I figure that out, if anyone wants to interact with me or my characters, feel free! Send asks, tag me or whatever fits your fancy. Even if its to roleplay, just asks a question or a simple duel, go right on ahead!
Anyways, here's the fun stuff! First off, here we have a quick little sketch of Lux and his compatriots! (I might color it later, idk.) Like most scrybes, he has three "goons" to which call him boss. Starting on the left, we have Desmond (They/Them), Hearth (He/They), you all know Lux (He/They) and Clovis, (They/Them).
"Ahh, my lovely cards. Would you all mind introducing yourselves ~?"
"Oh, um... Hi. I'm Desmond.... Nice to meet you.?"
"Hearth."
"Hmm? Oh, hey. I'm Clovis or whatever. Sup?"
"Hehe, aren't they lovely ~?"
They all respect Lux a lot, and he in turn treats his underlings very well. They are all very important to him.
Lux's temple to scrybdom isn't actually a real place, but rather a giant casino. Doors appear randomly throughout the aisles and lands, and stepping through them leads you to the Luxy Casino! The casino itself is a giant building full of gambling machines and game tables, hundreds of patrons all gambling their hearts out. Literally, in some cases.
Desmond handles the roulette and other similar games, Hearth is in charge of the card tables and Clovis watches over most of the machines.
Besides the actual people in charge, the Casino is also staffed by many "crew." The Crew are all walking and moving mannequins made from wood, wearing similar clothes to Lux's compatriots but with a blank white mask. The Crew can't speak and aren't sentient, but they take care of many of the games and services. Although Lux and Co seem to be able to talk to them. The crew also take care of a lot of duels.
Lux creates cards by inscrybing risks into cards, and then creating random stats for them. Since he oversees the casino, there are plenty of risks going around that he is collecting and turning into cards. He'll usually be in the back, creating cards and taking care of the business.
Since he uses risks people have taken as card materials, he is also aware of risks that people have taken. He'll need to be with someone to see their past risks, but when a big risk is taken he learns of it remotely. Big risks usually make more powerful cards.
