My good friend Loid Coffman ordered a new blanket. It's an old Magic: The Gathering card, so one side is the typical back of the card, and the other is the Black Lotus. It actually looks pretty awesome so I hope it looks that good when it shows up.

Working at a drug company has it all: money, an office, co-workers you'll never learn the names of, paperwork, deadlines, stress, multiple bosses to report to, being basically a one person department so things go to shit when you go on vacation, it isn't the food industry you trained for and enjoyed and left because they offered to double your salary, you live far away from family and friends in a town of less than 1000 people who all grew up here and have established cliques already, every woman is in a serious relationship with multiple children, old, or in high school, you realize you'll be alone forever and that after your cat dies you might start taking up Russian roulette every morning before work, just everything you ever dreamed of.

It doesn't happen often but yeah, Ambien can be a hell of a thing. I usually remember at least vaguely doing something. Like, one time I remembered going to the kitchen, then later finding out I ate all my sandwich meat, presumably just in big chunks. Another time I remember going onto Fallout 76, but I guess I sold or scrapped three pieces of my armor. Someday I'm going to wake up to having transferred my savings into my stock market account and buying more GME.

I don't remember making my last two posts. Pretty sure I was sleepwalking on Ambien. But I stand by them.
