For me itās a daily discipline which focuses my mind on making a positive contribution. Itās my way of making a dent in the universe.
The process forces me think about all my life experiences and view them through different perspectives to discover the real lessons.
I share them not because of what they do for me but because I hold the possibility that the right words, to the right person at the right time can change the world.
A guy comes up to me in the gym yesterday, big fella trains hard but I hadnāt seen him for a while.
He taps me on the shoulder and I assume heās gonna ask how many sets I got leftā¦.
He says āIāve had a really bad 18 months- the last 6 especially badā¦..I found spent a lot of time on your Facebook page and it spoke to meā¦itās helped me get back to me. I just wanted to say thank you.ā
