my roommate recently threatened to have me unwillingly rehabilitated if i didn’t give them consent to make me go into a therapy program im not ready to do and couldn’t afford to do in the first place. all of this happened because i told them i was sad about something my fp did and they blew it way out of proportion, humiliating me in front of their friends and scaring me and my boyfriend in the process.

before this occurred, they had also hid away all knives and scissors and pain relievers from me (which was hell because i have constant headaches) despite me never even indicating i was going to do anything with them. they also threw out the alcohol i had gotten for both of us with my own money for... reasons, i guess? and they also brought up the fact that they hid knives away from me in front of their friends as well, also humiliating me.

originally, they were helping me with rent for our apartment as im disabled and have been unable to find a job both because of my disability and because of the pandemic happening. but recently they decided that they weren’t going to do it anymore and demanded i either start paying for everything myself or get out. they themselves don’t seem to be wanting to look for a job and they blew $6k of their $8k grant within a month of receiving it on things they won’t tell me about.

so, i’m going to live with my mom to help me get back on track financially and mentally and while im gone im still expected to help with next month’s rent, my half of it being $398. i literally only have $75 in my bank that i entend on saving for food and my phone bill at the moment and the first is drawing near, even if by some miracle i did find a job by then i would not be ableto afford that.

so if anyone would be willing to help a struggling trans man i would be extremely grateful.
