Sometimes your mom signs up to bring something for the church bake sale, then asks you to make something for her to bring to the church bake sale. The only two reasons I would ever agree to wake up at 6am after working a 14-hour shift the day before are: 1) she's my mother and 2) so she can tell the congregation that her son made them. If they ask which son (since I have two brothers), they is "the handsome one."
