Right now life feels like this. Some blurred corners, others somewhat in focus, overall noise. And yeah, so black and white. How can we quiet the noise, and find some peace of mind?

A month ago I ran 21k. It was great, I accomplished my goal of running it at a 5:00m/k avg pace, but I injured my knee in the process.
