Everything started 6 months ago. Lauren (@squatchandlearn) added me on snapchat and we started talking everyday. Lauren lives in America and I live in Portugal. Even though the distance we fell in love with each other. And one month after talking to each other we started dating (July 22nd). It isn’t easy. Being in a long distance relationship is hard. You have to be really strong to make it happen. There were times that we were scared about losing each other but we kept fighting. After 5 months I went to America so we could stay together for the first time. I was there for 2 weeks. We spent Christmas and New Years together. It was the best days of my life. It was so amazing. I could finally touch my girlfriend. We could kiss, hug and hold hands for the first time. I can’t describe the feeling. It was absolutely perfect. We laughed, we smiled and we cried. Having to leave was the hardest thing I ever had to do. It didn’t felt right. I was leaving the girl that I love. It was so hard saying goodbye. It was really tough. I had a bad time for a while. I miss her a lot. I miss her eyes, her beautiful smile, her voice, her touch, her lips. I miss everything about her. I never cried so hard in my life. The first days were awful. But everything’s better now. I’m getting used to not having her with me. But I still miss her. I miss her so much. But when I look back it gives me strength to keep fighting for us. I won’t give up. We will see each in the summer. We have to wait 7 months. It’s going to be hard. But I know we will do it. I can’t wait to see your smile again. I love you so much Lauren. We can do this.
