Got sent this today the group photo from my open day at wrestling at the beginning of May. Can't wait to see how much progress I can make learning to wrestle I've already learnt to do more than I expected 😁💪 #houseofpain

When you've revisited a WOD at crossfit that you didn't complete last in the 25 minutes time limit, but this time completing it in 22 minutes and 13 seconds and your feeling pretty fucking good there's only really one cup you can drink from 😎💪

Today's WOD I set my goal as for each of the 5 x AMRAPs to complete at least one round within the time, I got this and managed to complete at least another 5 power snatches each time too. Progress coming along nicely and here's my well deserved sweat patch onto floor from after the work out that I'm totally proud of :D

I had abit of time today so I started making a dice tray and holder today. Here are the different stages I went through making it so far. Next I will bend up the strips to make the outside walls and then then make a start on the lid. Quite happy how it's turned out so far so say it's just made out of scrap and in a few spare hours :) #dnd #dicetray #girlswhoweld
