growin’ & learnin’

day 13 of the break. Anxiety is still very high but I’m doing okay. I’ve lost quite a few pounds. I forget to drink water and food simply doesn’t sound good. Showering is a chore. Homework isn’t even on my radar. It’s time to stop escaping reality and do what needs to be done. I will start hanging with my friends more and learn to make more. I will take more shifts at work instead of watching…
