Becky: The ceiling on this cabin is pretty. I like it here. I just thought I'd tell you that. You were right, camping is fun.

Yeah, I’m 100% sure. I’m just a little upset my bunkmates and I weren’t in on it, I love a good prank. Why wouldn’t you be trusted with these kinds of things?

Some losers sprayed me and my girls with water and they think they’re on top of the war now.

Yeah! I dunno why they’re not more popular; it beats spraying yourself with bug spray every few hours. You can get them at Wal-Mart, I think. Yeah, I do, hah. I spend a lot of time outdoors, but I generally just put up with the bugs because the clip gets in my way.

Good, good. I don’t know why I was so scared about coming here because so far the experience has been pretty wonderful. Something like that, yeah! You’re welcome, of course. I really do mean it, too. So have any plans for this trip? I mean, this is your level of expertise.

New experiences are always scary. I’m sure moving here was scary, wasn’t it? You’re gonna be a-okay.

Well it depends on where the campground is located. If it’s by a lake, we’ll for sure have to go canoeing. If not, we’ll just build a few good fires and cozy up by the fire with some s’mores.

Camping, not my first choice for a distraction but I’m sure it’ll do. Time to load up on bug spray…

Get one of those clip on bug spray things, they’re a God send.

I’m suddenly regretting having never been camping before. I’m nervous about this weekend. I don’t know the girls who I’ve been assigned to bunk with and I just want to have a good, educational weekend.

Hey, don’t sweat it, Becks! You’re gonna have a blast. I’ll be there, and I basically live in the forest so you’ll be in good hands. :) Plus, what better way to make friends than bunking with people you don’t know?

I’ve lived in Toronto my whole life. Are you enjoying it here so far?

I live with both of my parents and my younger sister. Soccer, volleyball, student council, writing for the Degrassi Daily. I do it all. I’d hate for others to believe that I never worked hard for the things that I have. You only live once, after all.

I am, yeah. I prefer the quiet of where I’m from, though. I’m not a city kinda guy.
