Xerra sighed. None of this is going to be particularly easy. She had a few ideas, a plan A and a plan B if everything else fails but preferred to concentrate on plan A.

“There is a possibility if I find out what the Emperor has exactly experimented with. If not, the other possibility is to travel to a remote planet. I’ve got an old friend there.” The ghost of the Sith she encountered on Korriban before her family got killed and she was kidnapped was very experienced in the matters of a similar nature.

“But before that let’s get some rest. Don’t worry, these are the lower levels of the planet. Our quarters will be in the government sector.” Xerra got off her stool and gestured to her guest showing which passage way they were to choose.

“My shuttle is in the hangar not far. Just stay close. And one more thing”, Xerra unbuckled the brooch-like holder of her hooded cloak and offered it to Jupiter.

“My only guess is that somehow His Majesty has fiddled with the fabric of reality. He likes experimenting with some strange techniques.” The Sith let out a laugh and then had more of her drink.

“It seems that I’m responsible for arranging a temporary place to stay for you until this is all resolved. It’s not safe around here for any stranger especially for the one being my exact copy.”
