Even tho the semester is over I'm still exhausted and I feel so guilty for not getting back on track to the stuff I like to do.

I know no one's holding it against me, but I don't wanna seem careless or irresponsible. I'm trying to take it easy, but I'm also trying to get back on the groove of things. It's hard to be calm when things around you are still messy, y'know? I can only do so much right now, I always want to do *more*, but I do not have as much energy as I did couple months ago. It sucks...

I'm just letting my thoughts out, I'm hoping to find more help in the next therapy appt. I just don't wanna seem ungrateful for people that follow me or support me directly, I really appreciate everyone that sticks around, since I'm not a big acc nor do I focus on trendy stuff. It's just my corner of the internet here and yall decided to stay, and that's very sweet to me.

Another question. Most evolution is brought about by battling and growing stronger, but for those who are like Junie and find combat unpleasant, are there alternatives? Would a combination of age and sufficiently intense labor essentially trick the pokemon's body into at least achieving one stage of evolution in order to adapt to the stresses of.... I dunno, lifting heavy boxes or pulling carts for miles?

Oh, for sure!!! In the Seekers world, the “experience” needed to evolve is just a metric for how capable a body is of handling said evolution. This can mean that some ‘mon need more strength, while others might have to work on their endurance, and others might need to sharpen their mental skills before they’re strong enough to handle a larger, more powerful form.

Combat definitely isn’t the only path to evolution—it’s just the fastest and most straightforward method. Plain old everyday living and exercise also works with enough time!
