This chart is nuts. And somewhat appalling in the statistics it reveals.

Astonished! I remember this the Rolling Stones article going around, but never read it. I'll have to remedy that. How do we let politicians get away with this? How many politicians fall under the 1% and benefit from the low tax rate on the capital gains?
