DATING METALHEAD!EREN!!!(CUZ PLUG!EREN LOWKEY LAME)
Metalhead!Eren who has his very own band with his childhood friends Armin and Mikasa (He’s the lead guitarist and singer, with Armin on drums and Mikasa on bass and backup vocals) He started the whole band thing back in high school, when he was young, starry-eyed, and filled with optimism. They were mainly underground at first, doing gigs here and there in basements or metal bars that would let teenagers play. Then, during their senior year, they got signed to a record company and the rest is basically history.
Metalhead!Eren whos music is a mix of heavy metal with hints of punk and grunge (Kurt Cobain was literally his savior). But beyond that, he’s deeply into all kinds of music. He’ll honestly listen to anything as long as it’s good. Just don’t offer him country he’ll exile you from his bedroom. His room is filled with records, old and new, from bands that disbanded in the ’90s to rare vintage finds. It’s a shrine to music history, really.
Metalhead!Eren who you meant in your AP History class back in university. He seemed so normal calm, collected, and a little shy. A quiet nerd who knew way too much about ancient empires. So when you later discovered that the shy guy who always tied his hair back to keep it out of his face while taking notes was actually a metal-obsessed guitarist with a damn good voice it was a shock, to say the least.
BFMETALHEAD!EREN Who has songs secretly about you? Well, actually, their lyrics are hidden beneath melodies and perfect timing. Of course, he can’t just outright put your name in the song that’s too forward. That would be horrible. So instead of doing that, he hides secret messages within the lyrics. Little details only you would notice your favorite color, the food you love to eat, the strange habits only he knows about. They’re woven into every verse, tucked between harmonies and chords that sound like home.Everyone else might analyze his music for deeper meaning, searching for symbolism or hidden lore. But the truth is simpler, softer.
BFMETALHEAD!EREN Who has mixtapes and playlists dedicated to you? Eren does. He’s always been a lover of physical media CD players, records, turntables, MP3s. There’s something about the crackle of a record or the soft hum of a disc spinning that feels more real to him than any streaming app ever could. One of his favorite gifts to give is a burnt CD or an old iPod he’s had since high school, filled with songs that mean something to him. Each track is chosen carefully, each lyric a quiet message. The CDs are always custom-designed, decorated with doodles, stickers, or handwritten notes, and tucked into a special case made just for you.
BFMETALHEAD!EREN Who takes you to shows especially the underground ones hidden beneath bars and back alleys? Eren does. He always knows where the best local bands are playing, the kind of places where the walls shake with bass and the lights flicker like dying stars. It’s loud, chaotic, and perfect. But he has this annoying habit of talking through every concert. He can’t help himself. He just wants to tell you everything he knows. He practically knows every band in the city and every song they’ve ever released. While you’re trying to lose yourself in the guitar riff, he’s leaning close, shouting some random fact over the noise. “Did you know this song was actually about the lead singer’s ex-girlfriend? Yeah, crazy, right? I heard she overdosed on ketamine,” he says mid-concert, grinning like he didn’t just drop the most unsettling trivia imaginable.
