ink and dream's goals are fundamentally different. they wouldn't work together the way they're depicted as the stars. if they do come to an understanding (which is unlikely unless one or the other changes their ways entirely) they would not be close buddies. allies? maybe? when it benefits them?

then there is the dubious morality of letting blue, the mortal, either die on the battlefield, or (going with the "blue is immortal too" route) watch his family die first. not to mention that dream's aura would cause immense problems in the long run. no sane sans or papyrus from any pacifist timeline would put themselves into that type of situation.

none of them have the same goals. I find it fun to try and fit these mismatched puzzle pieces together: how Would that work? why Would this person tolerate being on a team with that person? what are they even Doing as a team?

like, for example: dream would never tolerate being "on a team" with ink after learning about his personal beliefs, so if they Were to be on a team dream couldn't know. but how could he Not Know? ink doesn't hide it. so let's suppose the star sans "team" is more like an "organization" that hypothetically has the same goal and infrequently meets in person, and less of the "roommates besties" kinda thing you usually see. dream has no idea what ink or blue are up to, and the same goes all around. this also could explain their different goals, maybe the "motto" of the star sans is very vague, and they all have different understandings of what the team is even for and why they're there. and so dream may think the star sans is a club of likeminded people that's dedicated to spreading hope and fighting despair, but blue may liken it to the royal guard and the star sans as people who "guard" the multiverse from evil. different frameworks and interpretations leads to a fundamentally flawed view of eachother, which allows them to appear to exist in harmony.

you know. i just thought of something. if the DER wiki that kim soleum read didn't include himself as an active participant/character, how does Sekwang City's disaster exist?

Because we know that Sekwang disaster is canon to the version kse read. that's how he was able to copy it 4 director ho. but sekwang also started BECAUSE of kse. so if kse wasn't in the og wiki, who was canonically in his place/through what other method was it started?

something something kse was never from the "real world" & was always a meta character canon to the DER kinda like ireum nim (he's surprisingly mysterious for an mc)

My guess is that the original Kim Soleum IS part of the wiki. Meanwhile The Good Friend Soleum is not.

The Good Friend cannot be part of the wiki because he clearly changed events from the wiki. He made Team D an elite team, seemingly changed Baek Saheons storyline, nearly got Lizard killed, and saved Choi from his wiki death.
