#tbt Yesterday was exactly 1 year since my hip surgery. I can't believe how fast time flies. This past weekend I competed in my first competition since Regionals 2013. I had no expectations going into it. My goal was to have fun and see how my hip held up with the volume and intensity. Both were a success. I had a great time (thanks to those who came out and supported) and my hip felt great. No pain during or the next day. My body on the other hand...wow so so sore. I have a lot to work to do going in to future competitions. With 4 months off post surgery and 9 months into training, I feel ready and focused for 2015. I have some weakness' to work on and some old numbers to get back to. I can honestly say I don't like sitting on the sidelines and I've missed competing! #crossfit #compete #jaakarhu @karhustrength
