Got bored very quickly on the artificial indoor steps so i moved outdoors to climb the real ones that are throughout our lovely 80's era apartment complex with lots of mature trees.

Hafta get my saggy, post Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass ass in shape one way or the other (i'm gonna find ya, i'm gonna gitcha gitcha gitcha). ::lmffao at 'gastric bypass ass'::

It was such good day to be a spaz outdoors.

The weather was very Springlike - which is unusual for early January in Colorado - but my reclusive soul desperately so needed it.

While i won't call it a resolution, i would really like to make a habit of walking my complex before and/or after work whenever possible.

Someone explain to me why the heck we say that, right before we *mention* something?

Then it's always Columbo style, too - as in, "Oh, and one more thing".

We have really made a mess of English.
