Top seeds Iker Pajares and Milou van der Heijden took the men’s and women’s titles respectively at the 2017 Jersey Squash Classic. Spain’s Pajares, ranked 68 in the world, beat English second-seed Jaymie Haycocks 9/11, 11/2, 11/3, 11/3 in the final at the Jersey Squash and Racketball Club. The women’s final also went to four games as world number 43 van der Heijden of the Netherlands won 11/4, 11/7, 9/11, 11/9 against Scotland’s Lisa Aitken to claim her sixth PSA title.

Junior Clinic #1

On the morning of the first round, 25 kids from the Plat Douet junior school came along for a coaching clinic with Nick Taylor and some of the visiting professionals.

As you can see, a good time was had by all, with plenty of searching questions asked, and some useful training tips picked up too.
