C: what perk would your oc give if they were a companion?

Charlie’s would be “Making Rapid Progress” (reference to ww2 propaganda posters in support of nurses during the war effort)

Players limbs cannot be crippled while traveling with Charlie! On top of that (not part of the perk) Charlie can heal radiation poisoning and hp when you’re not near enemies or actively in a fight, aka you can’t talk to them while fighting because they’ll be like “yo can you hold off on bleeding out while we fight for our lives rn”

G: what part of the wasteland does your OC hate most?

Charlie despises any body of water. Not just because they cant swim but... think of the diseases... the radiation... the little organisms that worm their way into your brain and eat it??? They'll avoid walking through puddles

Cicero actually hates vegas the most. He hates the people he hates the setting he hates big cities he hates that he sticks out like a sore thumb. Most of all he hates Gomorrah.
