Do you ever feel a tiny bit better about your kids growing up when they still look like babies when they sleep? 😍 #thoseeyelashes

What do you do at 7:30 in the morning when your 4 year old (in Christmas jammies) is determined to roast marshmallows like he's camping? You turn on the gas fireplace for 2 minutes (because it's supposed to be 95 degrees today) throw some mini marshmallows on a chopstick, and call it a breakfast appetizer. 😂 love the unencumbered way their little brains work.

So in love with this sunny Seattle weekend. Saturday morning brunch baby shower for @ndemmon, night out with neighbors and @lyonscr04 , and beautiful mini-hike/beach day with friends and our NINE little ones 😀😎🌴

Happy 2nd birthday to sweet Milo Evan. I often say "we've got our hands full with this one," but it's in the best possible way. He's (almost) always smiling, bold, outgoing, funny, mischievous, a crazy dancer, a total charmer, and the ultimate little brother. 💙

Nolan's buddy Liam is the first friend he's made all on his own--not a kid of one of my friends or one of our neighbors. These two are inseparable both at preschool and beyond. 😀 #latergram #preschoolgraduation

I can't believe this little guy is going to be two in a month 😥

Milo has never been one to be attached to a lovie, binkie, or blanket, but lately he wants to carry one specific item to bed. Sometimes it's a toy, often a random household item (spatula, unopened tube of toothpaste, hockey stick). Tonight when I told him it was time for bed, he cheerfully said "okay" and ran over and grabbed a baseball bat, two golf clubs, and the dog's chuckit. This kid. 😂
