Food Poisoning ☹️

so this is me (yesterday) morning throwing up and sobbing because of my stomach ache i really didn’t feel well

tummy ache from eating hot chips and juice an hour ago i should have known it would make me feel sick my tummy feels really upset and bubbly i feel like i might have to go to the bathroom really soon

constipated 🤢🫩

i ate a breakfast burrito this morning and this is 2 hours later i threw up so much my stomach hurts so bad i felt sick so shortly after eating it

This was the day after christmas i was otw to class when i had to pull over because i felt like throwing up i threw up twice and felt better so i decided to still go to class as soon as i got out of my car my stomach started bubbling like crazy and i felt sick again i actually had to run to the bathroom but this time i didn’t throw up i felt like i had to poop but i couldn’t this is me trying to go and also trying to soothe my stomach it hurt so bad i don’t even know what caused it

this is probably the sickest i’ve been and the worst pain my tummy has ever experienced. I had undercooked chicken at a restaurant yesterday evening and i woke up this morning in so much pain. my tummy is so bloated and it hurts so bad i’ve been throwing up so much and it won’t settle this is definitely the sickest i’ve been it hurts so bad i can’t even describe it

I had nothing go breakfast except a coffee because i woke up nauseous 20 minutes into class my stomach started hurting really bad i ended up having to leave class and this was recorded after that i threw up 2 times after this my tummy hurts so bad

a little better it’s still been hurting a lot and i threw up a bunch more times i still feel bloated but the vomiting stopped and the super intense pain.

this morning I was really hungry so I ate 3 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and 2 biscuits. I then went to cheer practice for 3 hours immediately after. I started feeling sick about 30 minutes into practice but that was before we even started anything besides warm ups. I got stunted and then went to the bathroom 3 times to throw up. I kept going to the bathroom to rub my stomach because it’s so bloated and feels so heavy. I just need a break i feel so sick.
