This was just round 1. I hadn't shit since last Thursday. I didn't take any laxatives, I wanted to feel the full effects of my gluttony.
I forced my guts to work by eating a ton of fiber yesterday and this morning, lots of swimming to get activity in and get things moving, a ton of water, and frequent stomach massages to get things moving.
Before I could literally feel how full I was, there was just a solid lump in the lower left of my belly. It was so hard. It hurt so good finally getting it out.
I am still so full and bloated, look at the photos of me still. If I don't keep passing loads I'm going to take a very small amount of miralax to get the rest moving, but hopefully it won't soften up and I'll still be able to feel the full effects of my hold.
saturday night i drank prune juice before bed, and in the morning only a little came out, leaving my belly bubbling away all day but without any urges
so of course sunday night i got high and stuffed myself full of cheesy pasta with sausages, and yogurt covered dehydrated strawberry candies
then i alternated drinking milk and more prune juice and i felt my belly swell up as soon as they started mixing in me
but again, no urges, so this morning i took a laxative when i woke up and had a bit of breakfast (i’m usually very regular, i always go after having breakfast)
now i can feel a hard pressure in my hole begging to come out every time i sit up or stand, but i keep laying down and humping my vibrator while i massage my belly to coax it back up inside me.
i’ll probably have to let it out soon because i have a sneaking suspicion that this is just the effects of my usual morning shit, not even the lax yet 🫣
Guys I've eaten 2 bags of apples and I still can't shit, it's been over 2 days I did this, what do I do? Am I cursed to always be constipated?! Like I ate 2 5 pound bags of apples

finally home from the library, and i’m really regretting not bringing a baggy sweater today. my belly wasn’t that noticeable, was it?
i had to change into sweatpants the minute i got home, because my belly just kept bloating up bigger and bigger. each rumble and groan just made the pressure in my tummy worse, stretching my middle so full and round it felt like i could just explode. i kept sneaking my hand up to my belly under the table to try to soothe it, but i think it just made things worse. each time i pressed my palms into my sides or rubbed over my belly button, a rush of thick, foamy gurgles would stir up beneath my fingers. it’s only been three days, but i think i’ll probably go ahead and take some lax because i don’t know how i’ll be able to sleep with such an enormously full belly (not to mention my dance class tomorrow morning!!).
I havent let out any poop since pushing out a single nugget or two on Saturday, and I've been blocking up my guts with Imodium. I feel nice and comfortably heavy, I barely feel the urge to go but the weight of all the food I've digested sitting inside me really turns me on 🥵
Other than weak urges to poop, my farts have been a lot longer and stinkier, and SO loud. Everything inside me is fermenting and I can't wait to pack in even more.
It's not painful but it feels so swollen... I've got a lot of manual work to do with moving in the coming days. I hope my tummy doesn't get too uncomfortable 🥺
