2017 approaches. If you ask the average person, they'll tell you that 2016 was the most awful year, like 2015 and the previous years before. I can say without guilt that I had one of the best years of my life, but undoubtedly will miss so many of the legends that we've lost this past year. Carrie Fisher being one of the most heartbreaking for me, followed by her mother, the legendary Debbie Reynolds who "sang in the rain" while I cussed in it cos I couldn't find my car keys. This shoot was done in November, unbeknownst to us all that she'd pass shortly before the new year. Although it was an unplanned tribute, I'd like to think I did her proud. She inspired as many as her talented daughter. Wherever these two fabulous ladies have channeled their energy, I hope it never leaves us. Happiest wishes of peace and good health in 2017 to you all XOXO

"I'm taking a ride with my best friend..." What better way to kick off my page than to post a controversial and dark set from one of last week's shoots? This was a glitter project that I decided to take down a dark road. Sure, I love glitter, but then again I've loved a lot of things/people that have hurt me. Each image yields its own emotion, but I feel the three photos needed to be posted together.
