One thing I feel that people don't understand is that being atheist or agnostic can be considered just as closed minded as being religious. If you think about it those who have no belief system can be just as stuck as those who are lead by doctrined beliefs. It's perfectly okay whatever you choose to believe or not believe. My friendship isn't limited by religion, race, gender etc. Some time ago I found that for me the best thing I can do is to be the best person I can be so in that way I'm at my best for all. With that being said, maybe that's my religion... I believe in being a good person. I believe in doing the right thing but most importantly doing the right thing when is really hard to. I haven't been the best I could have this past year. It's been hard. Harder than I imagined. But I get better and I learn more about myself in time.
