Older Brother!Jaegyeon who gets mad when you tried to solve things out yourself without telling anyone in order to keep Speed safe as he didn’t want to lose you the way he did with Yugang Ha and Yujae Seon

Older Brother!Jaegyeon who gets annoyed when you try to play victim and act clueless when it suits you best so that he’d admit defeat though it takes him a while to actually give in 

Older Brother!Jaegyeon who on multiple occasions complains about how annoying and disobedient you are to all the other 1st gen kings and the rest of Speed 

“You guys don’t understand though! She genuinely just does whatever she wants, it gets so irritating! Who does she think she is? I’m the older one here.” Jaegyeon grumbled in irritation.

The other kings rolled their eyes and went back to what they were doing previously before Jaegyeon decided to start a rant that they thought was going to be about a more serious topic than the one at hand.

“Trust me, if you guys looked after her for a day then you’d be growing white hairs faster than you usually do!”

Older Brother!Jaegyeon who although curses you out often is quick to acknowledge your strengths and talents and show off if it makes him look good

“Hah! That’s my n/n, we share the same blood after all,” Jaegyeon praised as you just took down a gang all by yourself as the kings took a little too long to get to where you were.

The kings stared at Jaegyeon in disbelief as this wasn't the same man from before, they all shook their heads in unison as they all thought the same thing.

Wasn't he just hating on her yesterday?

𖦹 Lang Jin (Jinrang)

Older Brother!Jinrang who is highly overprotective of you due to the way you guys grew up and is determined to make sure you’re always safe

Older Brother!Jinrang who has everybody in Busan afraid of him as they tremble in fear but for some reason he can’t get you to do the same as you mock his seriousness 

Older Brother!Jinrang who makes sure there’s always someone following you without you knowing to ensure your safety

Older Brother!Jinrang who scolds you for getting yourself in trouble but is also quick to beat up the thugs who attempted to attack you after you tried to con them for their money

Older Brother!Jinrang who gets annoyed at the way you continously manipulate members of his crew in effort to escape their watchful eye as you were put on house arrest by him for being too reckless

Older Brother!Jinrang who is quick to make his way to where you are when he’s informed that you escaped and got yourself into a dangerous encounter

Older Brother!Jinrang who throws you over his shoulder like you were baggage when you refuse to leave despite all your complaints and boasting that you would have won against them anyways

“Jin-Jin? What are you doing here?” You squeak out in shock as you quickly dropped the guy you were previously holding by the collar onto the floor.

He already told you before to stop bothering random thugs on the streets but you weren’t really one to be held down by some meaningless words and you certainly weren’t trying to face his mood today.

Jinrang just stared at you in silence and opened his mouth to say something but before he could the friend of the previous man you dropped got back up from where you had last left him on the foor and lunged at you.

Swiftly, you managed to dodge his punch and was about to throw one back but someone else had beat you to it. The next thing you knew the man was on the floor on top of his friend and within moments your vision was filled with Jinrang's back as you dangled from his shoulder.

“Hey! Jin-Jin i could have dealt with them myself you know! Put me down now.”

Older Brother!Jinrang who continues to set out strict rules for you too follow so that you’d stay safe even though the more he did the more you would resist in order to spite him

Older Brother!Jinrang who despite being one of the strongest, is in constant worry that you’d meet the same end as Baek Sang if you continued to seek out fun as he did not want to feel the same way he did when he was unable to protect family when faced with a teribbly dangerous opponent

Older Brother!Jinrang who lets out a heavy but soft sigh as he knows that though you can be a menace and often insult him, you secretly appreciate the fact that he refuses to give up on you no matter how harsh the both of you can be

Older Brother!Taesoo who isn’t one to play around with your bullshit as he often tries to get you to surrender by using his conviction

Older Brother!Taesoo who puts in the effort into trying to discipline you into being a more rational and less suffocating individual but no matter how hard he tries he just can’t seem to do it

Older Brother!Taesoo who makes sure to keep an eye on you before you decided to be sneaky and run off to avoid eating the animals he hunted and cooked to feed you depsite you not asking for it

Taesoo was cooking one of the wild boars he managed to catch for todays lunch and offered one to you. To his surprise you accepted it and smiled a little bit when he saw you take a bite out of it.

But he should have known better…

He went back to focusing on cooking the rest and making himself a portion and began noticing that you were being oddly quiet as usually you’d be talking his ear off right now.

Feeling that something was off he quickly turned around to see your plate of meat on the log and watched as you quietly tiptoed your way out of the trees in an attempt to escape.

He let out a sigh of exasperation at you trying to trick him. It didn’t take long for him to stand up and make his way towards you as he grabbed you by your collar and dragged you back to where you sat before.

“I already said I don’t want to eat it! Why try dragging me back?” You whined as fake tears slipped from your eyes.

“Going off to eat desserts isn’t healthy.” He stated as a matter of fact which made you roll your eyes.

“Better than your burnt meat,” You grumbled as Taesoo looked at you betrayed at your insult to his cooking.

Older Brother!Taesoo who shouts at you all the time but doesn’t tolerate someone else trying to do the same and would scare them off with his gaze and looks alone

Older Brother!Taesoo who avoids trying to go out in public spaces such as parks or the mall with you as there’s no way of telling what exactly you’d try to pull 

Older Brother!Taesoo who is still traumatised from the last time you had tricked him into thinking some random dude with pink hair was actually James Lee and let him go as far as punching him before he realised

Older Brother!Taesoo who admires your strong will and stubborness to get what and do what you want despite disliking how crazy it drives him

He decided to make the first move and pulled a fake on you, which to your dismay, you fell for, creating an even bigger gap betweem the two of you as Charles ran back into the kitchen.

Following right after him, you made sure to not spill the contents of the plate as you approached him as he hit a dead end. Unluckily, as you made your way to him slowly you slipped on one of the table cloths that fell on the floor in the process of you chasing each other. You fell to the floor as the plate flung out your hands with some of it falling onto you but fortunately the plate actually flund through the air and directly hit Charles in the face.

“Hah! Yes, that’s what you get,” You stood up in triumph as Charles wiped away the ganache off his face.

“Ugh, you got lucky there, but next time I’ll be the one having the last laugh.” He stated making sure that everything was finally off his face. “Now that the macarons are finished let’s quickly shower and then play those games! You can use the guest bathroom, I’ll use the one in my room.”

“There’s no way! That isn’t possible, you’ve got to be cheating Charles!” You shouted in disbelief, dropping the controller before attacking him with the pillow that was previously laying on your lap.

He let out a loud laugh as he put his arms up to try and defend himself, “nahhh, you just suck n/n! Believe it or not I was winging it by smashing random buttons."

“Lies! No way you were able to do that many combos by pressing randomly, you have those moves memorised don’t you?”

Though he struggled at first due to being caught by surprise he finally managed to take the pillow out of your grasp and threw it right at your face out of petty revenge.

The two of you were sitting on his bed playing Super Smash Bros as a form of entertainment as it been ages since the two of you last held a game marathon at a sleepover.

“Nope! You losing was a skill issue,” Charles teased as he leaned back trying to give you space to breathe after he literally just suffocated you with the pillow.

You let out a sigh in exhaustion. Both of you have been playing games for the past few hours. Unfortunately, not once have you managed to win two games in a row as Charles was somehow winning everything, which was weird because he should be rusty after being away from playing them for so long as he’s been busy practicing for his PXG.

He looked over at you and let out a little giggle at your miserable state, “heyyy, come on now n/n, you know you wouldn’t been able to beat me.”

Shaking your head in disappoint you gave him a nasty side eye at his taunting.

“You just got lucky this time… Trust I’ll win the next one…” You mumbled under your breath as you stood up to go to the bathroom.

“Where are you going?”

“To the bathroom I’ll be right back.”

As you made your way out, Charles stared at your figure, his gaze lingering even after you left as a small pout appeared on his face. Did he feel bad for winning? No. Did he dislike the frown that was slowly appearing on your face the more you lost? Maybe… Did he want to see you smile? Yes No!

You were finished and started making your way to Charles’ bedroom but was stopped when you felt a few little tugs at the back of your shirt. 

Turning around you were surprised to see Charles’ three younger sisters looking up at you with teary eyes.

“Oh my! Colette, Coralie, Camile what’s wrong?” You asked as you crouched down to their height. The eldest Coralie spoke up, rubbing the tears from her eyes.

“Big sis Y/n! Please come sleep with us, we had a bad dream and now the three of us are too scared to go back to sleep,” Coralie spoke up along with Camile and Colette who were behind her, holding onto her shirt.

You glanced at them, squealing in silence in your head at their cuteness. They were around 5 years old so it was reasonable as to why a nightmare would keep them up at night.

“Alright, come on let’s go I’ll tuck you in and stay with you guys as you fall asleep okay?” You tried to comfort them as you rubbed their back, slowly making their way towards their bedroom.

When the four of you arrived, the triplets immediately jumped back into their own respective beds and snuggled into the bed sheets before turning to look at you with puppy eyes.

You started back at them before deiciding to take a book from their shelf, “how about I read you three a fairytale?”

They nodded their heads in excitement.

By the time you finished reading the short story, the three of them were fast asleep, which made you smile at how easy that was. You quickly put the book away and made sure not to make any noise as you turned off the lights and closed the door.

As you made your way to Charles' room, the door had opened up before you could even place a hand on the door handle. Looking right at you was Charles with a small pout on his face, “what took you so long? Did you take a dump? Were the macarons bad?”

You chuckled, “no! Are you crazy! Your sisters got scared of a nightmare so I helped them go back to sleep before coming here.”

Charles’ pout didn’t leave even after you explained yourself, “you do realise you came over here for me right? And not to do babysitting, my parents could have handled that,” He whined at the loss of time you could have had together.

“It was only a few minutes Charles, not like it took me hour, come let’s get back to what we were doing!” You tried to console him but it looked like it wasn’t working as Charles decided to drag you down into his bed with him.

“I’m feeling kind of tired… Let’s just go to sleep instead,” He said out of the blue making sure you got yourself comfy before he snuggled close to you.

It wasn’t unusual for the two of you to sleep in the same bed as you’ve done it so many times to the point where the both of you got used to it. It was easier than having to set up an air mattress or laying a few blankets on the floor.

You were laying on your back whereas Charles was laying on his side as he had an arm wrapped around you.

“You were oozing with pride earlier! Where did all of that energy go?” You questioned, beginning to pout yourself as you still wanted to get your revenge and beat him at the game.

But you got no response but instead some little snores coming from beside you. You turned your head to look at him and saw him already asleep. Shaking your head in dissatisfaction, you decided to let it go and go to sleep yourself as it was indeed getting quite late.

“CHARLES! YOU’RE NASTY GET AWAY FROM ME DID YOU JUST FART?”

“I’m doing well, Adeline, thank you. How’s Diluc?” You questioned with concern, obvious in your tone. Adeline looked at you with a soft, knowing smile. “Master Diluc is in his office doing paperwork right now. Would you like me to make tea for the two of you?” She offered.

You returned her smile, “That would be lovely, if you don’t mind doing so.” You accepted, and so the two of you parted ways as she went to the kitchen and you headed towards Diluc’s office.

You arrived at his door and knocked, waiting for him to let you in. However, when no response came even after you knocked a second time, you decided to let yourself in.

Walking in, you were prepared to find Diluc busy writing and signing off on documents, but to your surprise, he was fast asleep, his head resting against the desk, piles of unfinished paper surrounding him.

You shook your head in disappointment as you knew this was going to happen eventually. Wanting to make sure he didn’t catch a cold despite him being warm due to his pyro vision. You quickly went out to get a blanket from your shared bedroom and covered him with it, being careful not to wake him up.

Looking at the piles of untouched paper, you took the initiative of cleaning up his desk and finishing off his paperwork, knowing that the moment he woke up, he would just continue to finish it rather than getting up to go get some rest in bed.

It was a good thing you’ve done these before with the help of Diluc when you first got married as a way to learn and get used to the business and workings behind the Dawn Winery. You have offered to take over the bureaucracy side of things, but Diluc disagreed, saying this wasn’t something you should burden yourself with doing and instead find something you’d probably enjoy spending your time on.

There was a knock at the door, “Lady Y/n, may I come in?” Adeline’s soft voice came from behind the door. Stealthily, you stood up, opened the door for her and put a finger on your lips as a way of notifying her to be quiet. She nodded her head in understanding after seeing Diluc behind you and walked in silently as you moved to make way for her and the trolley she brought with the tea on it.

You were finishing off the last bits of the paperwork that Diluc had left, sitting at a different desk in his office, as you didn’t want the papers or your breathing to interrupt his slumber. When you were nearly done signing everything off, you saw him shifting in his chair, not that far in front of you as you looked up.

Realising that he had fallen asleep, Diluc quickly sat up straight, causing the blanket you had placed on him to fall onto the floor.  He looked down at his desk, expecting to see the papers he had last left there, but to his surprise, all he saw was an empty desk.

Seeing this, you stood up and headed towards him, “Don’t worry about the documents, I finished them all,” You explained, getting closer to him.

He looked back up at you, “You didn’t have to. I was going to finish it off-“  You cut him off as you shook your head in disbelief, “Diluc, darling, I wanted to do it, plus you fell asleep mid-signing off one of the papers, I don’t know how you managed to pull that one off."

His eyes softened as he knew he couldn’t argue back, you only wanted to help him after all. He let out a sigh, “Okay, but next time just leave me be. There’s no need for you to bother yourself with trivial issues.

You deadpanned at him, leaning against his desk as you were now right next to him. “Diluc… You’re joking, right?”

“Do I look like I'm joking?” Diluc said, with the straightest face ever, which made you roll your eyes in irritation, as you did not share the same sentiment.

“Not funny. I’m really worried about your health, Adeline is too! Heck, even Klee asked me about you.” You complained, “she asked me why you seemed grumpier than usual.”

Diluc didn’t respond, he just leaned down to rest his head against your thighs, making himself comfy rather than straining his neck to look up at you. This made you automatically comb your hands through his surprisingly fluffy and soft hair.

You would expect his hair to be unkempt, considering all that he does, yet it wasn’t, and that's why you loved to play with it. Diluc doesn’t like to admit it, but he enjoyed it when you played with his hair, it made him feel safe and loved.

“Don’t think you can slide your way out of this one, Mister.” 

He continued to lie in your lap, “Do I need to make an excuse to get out of this one?” He asked.

“No, not really,” You answered firmly. Hearing this, Diluc stood up abruptly and was about to leave, but before he could say something, you tugged at his arm.

“Where do you think you’re going?” You questioned, raising one eyebrow in suspicion. He turned to you, “I just remembered I had something to do at Angel’s Share.” 

“You’re really thinking of your duties when I'm right here?” You scoffed playfully, “It obviously wasn’t that important if you’re off here dozing in your office, in fact, I think you should take this as a sign to take a well-earned proper rest.”

Diluc shook his head ‘no’, you looked at him in exasperation, “Fine then, if it can’t wait, then I’ll go and do it, you stay here and go to bed.” 

Letting go of him, you made your way towards the door with full intent of doing his task for him, but you were stopped by Diluc bringing you into a hug.

“No way. Not at this time, when many drunk men are loitering around there, it’s not safe for you,” He stated with a small frown.

“I can protect myself, you know,” 

“I understand that N/n, but I don’t trust the men there. Sometimes, there are travellers there that do not have any decorum, and unlike the locals who know not to mess with you, they wouldn't.” He explained.

“Then, would you be willing to put Angel Share to the side for the rest of the night and get some sleep with me?” 

He contemplated it for a few seconds before finally giving in, “Fine, you win.”

It didn’t take long for both of you to be ready for bed after you freshened up and got dressed in PJs for the rest of the night.

You were lying in bed waiting for Diluc to join you, and when he did, you immediately moved closer to snuggle your way into his arms.

“I really hope you never overwork yourself to the point you’re falling asleep mid-writing,” You mumbled a little sleepy.

“Mmmm, depends on the situation at hand,” Diluc reasoned, making sure that you were comfy in the new position as he adjusted his arms to accommodate you better.

You just sighed in defeat, shaking your head and deciding to give up for the day, “I don’t get how you do it.”

“Well, when there’s someone next to you, that you know is worth pushing forward for, then I’m sure you'd understand too.” He explained sappily with a smile unconsciously forming on his face as he turned his head to look at your reaction.

Instead, he saw you fast asleep, releasing small, quiet snores. He shook his head in disbelief, “and she says I’m the one who needs some rest…”

“I love you.” He whispered as he closed his own eyes to get some rest, but to his dismay, he didn’t get to see the big smile that quickly formed on your face.

“There’s this movie I’ve really wanted to watch. It said that it was a horror movie based on a real supernatural experience.” He explained as his eyes sparkled just thinking about it.

Both of you made your way to the cinema as you went to order tickets for the movie he was talking about, and he went off to buy the popcorn and other snacks that he couldn’t wait to have.

Luckily, you managed to score two seats in the back row of the room. Mogari came back with his hands full of an assortment of sweets and crisps, and you eyed them, trying to see if he got your favourite one.

He raised an eyebrow before rolling his eyes, “Of course I got what you wanted, so don’t go cursing me out, but the rest are for me, alright?” he scoffed playfully.

During the movie, Mogari tried to make a move multiple times as he munched on his food, while also trying to pay attention to the movie in front of you guys, but who knew these simple gestures were a struggle?

At the start of the movie, he turned to you and saw how the beginning had already captivated you due to its immersive experience. He tried to nonchalantly place his arms around your shoulders, wanting to look cool in front of you, but as he did, he was immediately caught off guard when something small hit him directly in the eye.

Surprised, he nearly cursed as he rubbed at his eye to help get rid of the pain, and as he did, he looked down at the butter popcorn and then back up to face the culprit. A child a few rows below them had stuck his tongue out at them as if trying to say that this wasn’t a place for PDA. This irritated Mogari as he stuck his own tongue back out at them and pulled the bottom of his eye too.

Not wanting to embarrass himself again, it took a little while for him to make his next move. When he attempted to hold your hand this time, he was about to use the excuse that he was scared due to the recent jump scare that just occurred, which is ironic, as he literally eats ghosts as a job, but as he did, you stood up abruptly, announcing quietly that you had to go to the toilet.

Mogari had his hand sticking out as he looked at your back in betrayal because there was no way you just decided out of all time to get up. He let out a dramatic sigh as he ruffled his hair, trying to let his frustration out. Firstly, that child threw popcorn at him, and now you walked out on him? He concluded in the end that you just hated him then.

Right after that, Mogari just decided to focus back on the movie, and a little while later, he felt a presence sit down next to him. Not wanting anything to interrupt him this time, he wasted no time in trying to grab your hand, and when it landed, he thanked the gods for this opportunity with a small smile on his face as he squeezed your unfamiliar wrinkly hand.

Wait… your hand didn’t have all these wrinkles when he last held your hand. He quickly looked at the hand he was holding on the armrest, seeing that it looked slightly bigger and rougher than he remembered. As his eyes travelled up the arm that was supposed to be yours, he made eye contact with a male adult staring right back at him, who squeezed his hand back out of confusion.

“Fuck! My bad, I thought you were, sorry, it’s just you see-!” Mogari exclaimed loudly in surprise and partially out of a little disgust. He covered his mouth as he realised quickly that he had just shouted in a silent room. 

“Sooo you’re telling me you reached for the dudes hand thinking it was mine?” You asked, trying to muffle your laughter as he walked you home after being kicked out of the cinema for being a disturbance.

“Ugh, don’t even try to remind me, I don’t even know how that geezer ended up in your seat halfway through the movie when you were gone,” he complained, dragging his feet as he walked beside you.

“And he squeezed back? Yeah, poor man, he must have been so puzzled seeing a kid caress his hand,”

“Stop! Just stop… I didn’t caress his hand, you’re making things up now.” He whines as he covers his face while you finally let out the laugh you’ve been trying to hold in.

“You know what hurts most?” he says as you walk beside him. “I really thought I had it after the snacks.”

You snort. “You dropped the melted chocolate down your shirt.”

The rest of the journey home was you teasing him for his actions as he dramatically mourned his own confidence. Unfortunately for him, who wanted to spend more time with you, had arrived at your door. He shoved his hands into the sweats he was wearing and gave out a tired sigh that seemed out of character for him.

Before you went in, you gave him a soft smile, “Well… Thanks for taking me out despite the world being against you,” 

He looked up at you with a scowl on his face at the non-stop teasing before his lips turned into his version of a soft smile.

“Either way, tonight was fun. Thanks for coming with me.”  He said, starting to turn away.

Suddenly, you grabbed him by the sleeve, and he blinked in confusion. Before he could say anything, you leaned in to give him a quick kiss, which made him freeze up completely.

When you pulled away, he just stood staring at you in shock as his cheeks began to blush.

“There.” You giggle, finding yourself to be a little too funny. “Hopefully, that makes up for the embarrassment you faced today?”

He pinched himself to confirm that he wasn’t dreaming. “…Wait,” he called out, but you were already stepping into your house with your own face still feeling the heat and adrenaline from gaining the courage to do that.

His gaze lingered a little while you went in before he began to run home, grinning like an idiot.

Pining!Eugene who slowly began to pay a lot more attention to you after you saw him for who he was and not just the fact that he was a prodigy

Pining!Eugene who didn’t think he’d find someone else with his shared love of reading novels, though he did like essays better

Pining!Eugene who began to unconsciously note down your small habits you wouldn’t think anyone else would catch

Pining!Eugene who believe it or not, began to overthink every little interaction with you and would wonder whether or not he made a mistake in front of you, and it would eat him alive for the rest of the day

Pining!Eugene whose actions spoke louder than words, he would quietly anticipate any of your needs and fix them before any problems arose.

Pining!Eugene who would go out of his way to do things for you, but make it seem coincidental

Pining!Eugene who comes up with reasons for you two to spend together, such as studying for the upcoming exam or a topic you were struggling with, to not seem like he was eager or had any other intent in trying to impress you

Pining!Eugene who lights up and slightly flusters when you compliment him, even though he usually is calm, as he’s used to people praising him, but for some reason, when it came from you, it felt a lot more meaningful to him

Pining!Eugene who once felt a little upset after seeing you seem so flustered when talking with Kanzaki, concluded that you may have something for his close friend

Pining!Eugene who told himself that he’d give up on his feelings by creating a small unnoticeable distance between the two of you, but how could he when you would constantly check in on him and smile with that sweet face of yours

Pining!Eugene who didn’t want to ruin either the friendship you guys had or the bond between him and Kanzaki, so he decided to push his feelings to the back of his mind and never let it resurface

Pining!Eugene who despite making a promise with himself, couldn’t hold it in anymore

Pining!Eugene who seemed a little different the next time you saw him, and when you tried asking what’s up, he asked if you could wait for him after school today

Pining!Eugene who throughout the day was dreading the response he was going to hear, even if it was a rejection, he would rather get everything out of his chest than let any feelings linger and bite him back in the ass if you and Kanzaki ever end up together

Pining!Eugene who saw you standing underneath the cherry blossom trees waiting for him, as most people had already left the school

Pining!Eugene who rarely got nervous, was sweating small bullets as he got closer to you 

Pining!Eugene who felt his heart skip a beat when he saw you turn around and wave at him when you finally noticed him coming towards you with a big grin on your face

Pining!Eugene who didn’t even let you greet him before he finally told you everything he’s been keeping secret

“I like you, Y/n… More than I probably should.” He trailed off but kept eye contact as he wanted to let you know that he was being serious 

Pining!Eugene who paused and waited for your reaction, bracing himself for the worst outcome, still thinking that you liked someone else

Pining!Eugene who didn’t expect you to be flustered, as he was anticipating a look of pity and sympathy

“Eugene, why do you look so sad? I like you too.” You said with a soft smile

“Really! I mean, really? I thought you liked Kanzaki,” He exclaimed, a little surprised but happy nonetheless.

You laughed at him, “Now, why is that? Liking Kanzaki in that way? Hell no. He’s a close best friend of mine, maybe even like a brother.”

Pining!Eugene who explained himself and felt embarrassed when you told him that the times he saw you blushing around Kanzaki were most likely because you would tell him about your crush on Eugene, and he would tease you and would create images of the two of you based on shojo mangas you both read.

“Don’t worry, Eugene, it was just all a misunderstanding. You don’t have to compete with anyone, okay? I'm definitely sure I like you too”

Pining!Eugene who felt the reassurance he needed, he couldn’t help but giggle and pull you into a tight hug with a big smile on his face, knowing that he’s finally all yours and you’re all his.

Smitten!Kinich who quietly drops off medicine at yours when he found out that you were sick after being stuck for so long, even though you insisted you were fine.

Smitten!Kinich who came to check up on you regularly throughout the day to make sure you were getting better.

Smitten!Kinich whose eyes widened in surprise at the sight of you wearing his jumper to a hangout with Mualani and the others.

Smitten!Kinich who didn’t realise that he was caught flushing at the idea of you snuggling into his jumper by Mualani, who smirked knowingly and partnered him up with you for the upcoming games you were going to play.

Smitten!Kinich who unconsciously covered the corner of the table when you went to pick up one of the game pieces that you accidentally dropped as he was arguing with Ifa over his most recent sneaky move.

Smitten!Kinich who tensed up at you leaning your head against his shoulder as the two of you had to sit out the current game and watch instead due to losing.

Smitten!Kinich who slowly got comfy and relaxed as he actually quite liked the weight he felt as it brought him warmth.

Smitten!Kinich who walked you home after the hangout as it was getting dark and wanted to make sure you arrived safely even though you told him he didn’t have to.

Smitten!Kinich who frowned when you removed his hoodie to give it back to him as you arrived at the front door.

“You can keep it.” He insisted. You shook your head ‘no’.

“It’s alright, I also made sure to wash it. Thanks again for walking me home… Oh! Thanks for also saving me that one time!” You smiled at him cheekily, still holding out his hoodie to him

Smitten!Kinich whose frown stayed on his face, wanting you to keep it, but reluctantly took it when he saw that you weren’t giving up.

“Make it home safely, okay?” You told him with a worried look on your face. 

Smitten!Kinich who made sure you went in before leaving to go back home himself, with a small pout on his face as he looked down at the hoodie in his arms.

Smitten!Kinich who put on the hoodie as it was getting kinda chilly and realised that your scent was still lingering on it.

Smitten!Kinich who slowly began to smile again as he had his face nuzzled into the hoodie for the rest of the journey home.

“blegh” 

“Uhm! Hey, are you okay?” You asked, quickly getting up in concern for the dude who looked like he was about to throw up the moment you met his eyes.

He nodded his head urgently as he desperately avoided eye contact, “I-i’m sorry! Uh, I’ll be on my way…” he quickly stuttered, trying to get out of the situation at hand.

You were about to let him go, thinking it was best to just leave him be, until you finally recognised who he was.

“Hey, wait! You’re one of the guys who performed at the Culture Festival, right?” You asked, grabbing his hand before he could get away.

He just nodded his head, not wanting to turn around.

“Oh.. Uh, sorry!” you quickly let go of his hand, “I…. Wasn’t trying to make you uncomfortable or anything! I just really thought your performance with your friends was amazing! Like, did you see your singer's entrance?? That shit was so badass, was that all planned?? Because you guys definitely killed it!”

You continued to compliment their performance, including the lyrics and the overall dynamic of their group, until you came to a pause, “Sorry… I was rambling, wasn’t I?” You apologised, “my bad, I just realised I was holding you back haha, well I’ll get going, you don’t seem that interested, my bad again”

You quickly turned around, wanting to leave out of embarrassment, but came to a halt.

“Thank you.”

You turned around to face the guy again with a small sparkle in your eyes, surprised that your ramble didn’t necessarily scare him off.

“It's! Uhm, it’s no problem, I’m just being honest!” You smiled, turning around once again, about to walk, when you quickly turned around once again, hoping he didn’t walk away yet and when you realised he was still there, your smile grew even larger. If that was possible…

“Sorry! I know I said I was gonna get going, but uh, I really did enjoy your performance… and I was wondering if you’d be able to teach me how to use the guitar? Please? I mean, you were on the drums then, but you know-, ahh, what am I saying… Sorry for the bother!” You eagerly asked before hesitating and deciding against it.

“S-sure, Sure!” He yelped out. To be honest, Tamon was a little worried trying to teach someone he’s never really talked to, but joining the Phantom Busters Club really did change him, and if this was his chance at making more friends with similar interests in the one passion he really cherished, he was going to take it.

“Really?” You looked at him in shock. You weren’t expecting him to agree at all, in fact, you thought he would say no, which is why you stopped yourself from finishing your request.

He just nodded his head.

“Oh my, I appreciate it! Are you a hundred percent sure though? I don’t want to force this upon you or anything,” You reasoned with a little frown on your face.

He shook his head ‘no’, “I mean it, I don’t mind teaching you.”

A smile appeared on your face the moment it disappeared.

“Yay, thank you!” You cheered, giving him a hug out of appreciation before backing away swiftly, “Ah, sorry, I just got a bit excited.”

He let out a small smile, “It’s alright,” 

It was a bit awkward as the two of you stood there in silence, not knowing what to say, when all of a sudden your eyes widened in realisation, “holy shit, I’ve got to get going, I forgot Mr Noir wanted to see me! I’ll see you later at the music room?”

You ran off in a hurry as Tamon just stared at you with his cheeks a little flushed.

“Yooo, Tamon, where are you off to?” Mogari asked, seeing that Tamon seemed to head in a different direction from the club room.

“Well, since the club isn’t on for today, I had other things planned.” 

“Oh, I see.. What did you have planned?”

“Uh… someone asked if I’d be willing to teach them the guitar, so I said yes.”

“Ooohh, who?” Eugene smiled, seeing that Tamon was coming out of his shell. The colour on Tamon’s face drained as he scratched his neck in nervous realisation.

“Shit. I forgot to ask her for her name, hell, I didn’t even introduce myself to her!” Tamon gasped in shock. Kanzaki looked at him in surprise, “Her?”

“A girl?” Mogari questioned, “dude you gotta let us know who she is.”

Tamon tilted his head, puzzled, trying to describe what you looked like, “she had h/c hair and e/c eyes if that helps…”

“Oh! Y/n L/n??” Eugene replied, recalling the familiar girl, “She’s in our class actually,”

“Oh em gee! You mean that one girl who came up to us this morning?”

Eugene nodded his head at Mogari’s statement. Mogari looked at Tamon with a knowing smirk as he slowly leaned into him. 

“You know… she is pretty into music, just like you are. I see her sometimes playing the piano in the music room when it’s empty, and I happen to pass by it,” Mogari teased.

Tamon turned slightly red at that, “It’s just a lesson, not a date man, chill.” He said, a little embarrassed at the thought of being alone with her now.

Kanzaki was silent before his eyes sparkled as he got closer to Tamon, “Hey, do you think it’s going to be like one of those shojos where close proximity lowkey makes you guys feel something as you help her with the guitar.”

Tamon’s face completely flushed red as he shook his head, “You guys are thinking too far!”

“Well… This is one of the many female encounters where it’s not an exorcism or a challenge, so I don’t blame them.” Eugene nodded his head in understanding.

Tamon scoffed in embarrassment, “I’m gonna get going, I don’t need to hear any of this anymore.”  He started walking again, giving a lazy wave over his shoulder, “See you guys tomorrow”

“Tell us if anything happens!” Mogari shouted, though the voices faded behind him as he got further and further away. He walked towards the music room, knowing that someone was waiting eagerly for him and recalling their meeting from earlier on made him shake his head, trying to get rid of the thought. She was kinda cute…

He couldn’t help it. The thought made him smile just a little.

You sat down in the music room, waiting a little impatiently for the boy to come.

You kept shifting on the chair you sat on as you were way too excited to start learning the guitar. It was only when you decided to stand up to grab a guitar from its stand that you realised something. Shit! I didn’t ask for his name…

Just then, the door slid open, and there was Tamon in all his glory, taking his headphones off to hang around his neck as he walked in.

“Hey! You’re here, I thought you ran away,” You joked, trying to break the awkward tension in the air. Tamon just smiled in your direction but refused to look at your eyes.

“Nah, it was nice to see that someone shares an interest in music. I wasn’t going to let this chance at making a new friend go to waste. That reminds me, I’m Tamon Kotaro,”

You smiled cheerfully at that, “Nice to meet you! I’m Y/n L/n! I’ll be the best disciple you have, I’m under your care, sir!” You stated playfully. Tamon laughed at that as he walked closer to you, as you finally took the guitar from the stand, and Tamon did the same, sitting down in chairs facing each other.

“Have you played any instruments before?” 

“Uh, well, I like to play the piano from time to time, just decent at it in my opinion." You explained. Tamon nodded his head as he began to teach you the basic chords. You stared at him intensely, making sure to keep a good eye on the strings that his fingers were on, which made Tamon a bit nervous as he focused on talking and looking down at his own hands.

“Now you try it,” He insisted. You played the chords from what you could recall him teaching you, and it sounded pretty similar to what he did, so you looked up, wanting approval, and when you did, you saw him already staring at you.

Not at the guitar, but you. Your eyes met his as a result, and you swear you could hear your heart begging for mercy.

Tamon himself didn’t expect you to look up, and it took him off guard, but his heart raced a little as he realised he didn’t feel like vomiting like he did when he first tried making eye contact with you this morning. 

“Okay, that was pretty good. I think we got the basics down, but let's just practice them a little more.” 

You nodded your head in agreement, wanting to take his lessons seriously.

An hour passed by, and you finally perfected the basics. Tamon was now trying to teach you a small section of a music piece, but you were struggling despite being able to quickly pick up on the start of it.

Your first attempt was rough, as your fingers fumbled trying to strum the correct strings on time, making the tune fall apart.

“That sounded bad.”

Tamon shakes his head, “It’s a good start for where you're at.” You looked at him sceptically before shaking your head, “You don’t have to lie, you know I can take criticism.”

“I’m not,” he says simply. “You got the chords, it’s just your timing that needs work.”

“Here, try it like this..” He started to play it himself on his own guitar. You tried it again and again, but you continued to produce the same result. 

Tamon looked at you in focused thought before speaking up, “Can I?” he asks, gesturing to your hand as he shifted next to you. 

You nod in compliance, being fed up with what you were getting wrong. His fingers brush yours as he adjusts them, pressing them into the right position.

“Here and then this chord. Does that make sense?” He asked, turning his head to look at you. 

You did the same, not realising how close he was to your face as you thanked him.

When you turned, your noses were basically touching each other, but neither of you pulled away despite both of your flustered faces.

However, you both immediately pulled away when the door busted down onto the floor with Eugene, Kanzaki and Mogari flopping on top of it in that exact order.

“I told you guys to stop pushing!” Eugene shouted in embarrassment at being caught spying on Tamon and his new “friend”.

“Hey, Mogari was the one doing all the shoving,” Kanzaki rebutted, holding his hands up in the air in innocence.

“I couldn’t see what was going on, okay!” Mogari tried to reason. Eugene shook his head, “I knew I should have just left. Why did I tag along again?”

You quickly stood up in realisation at what had just happened. You looked at Tamon and then the other three, and then at Tamon again.

“I…”

“Thanks, Tamon but uh, I think I gotta get going, you don’t mind putting the guitar away for me do you? Thanks again!” You rambled as you sped walk towards the door and bolted out as soon as you could.

Tamon’s face was still red as he looked at his friends, who finally got off the floor, “Really, guys?”

Mogari was about to say something before he was shoved out of the way by you, who quickly came back. You headed towards Tamon with a piece of paper in your hands.

You grabbed his hand and placed it firmly into his hands before dashing out again.

“Do text me the next lesson!” You shouted before disappearing from sight.

Tamon looked down and unfolded the paper to see your number written on it. His face flushed again.

Mogari got up again, dusting off his clothes before looking up at Tamon with that knowing smirk on his face again, “soooo Y/n L/n huh”
