Kefta, techina, cabbage salad - but the new star of the show is (what I’m calling) Ethiopian chumus. Got the basic idea from an amazing Ethiopian restaurant we found in Lancaster, PA. It has jalapeño, cilantro, and ginger, among other yummies. Mmmm.
