#nofilter Snow on the mountains! I left on my morning walk today just as the sky was beginning to lighten, at 6:05 P.S.T. It was a bit nippy: forty-five degrees. But I have found that, out here, I can do my walk at that temperature only in my standard shorts and short-sleeve shirt - no hat, gloves, or sweats. In Galveston, if it dips much below the mid-sixties, I have to bundle up; the higher humidity and usual ten- or fifteen-miles-per-hour winds on the Seawall make that much of a difference.
