Our church service this morning. ⛪️⛪️⛪️ We took a run/hike in the area because when you are in The mountains you just have to! Stopped to spend some time with a God and thank him for the beautiful scenery and this amazing weekend.

Good morning from Utah! These mountains are beautiful! 🏔🏔🏔 Had some great time with God this morning and He reminded me to run to Him when I fail when I have problem...which is usually daily in some form. So today, reach out to God when you fail and struggle. He will lift you up 👼🏼👼🏼👼🏼

This is SOOO me today! I woke up so sore! 4 consistent days of pushing myself makes me muscles super sore! Taking my rest day today so they can repair and then back at it tomorrow!! 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 What's the best way you combat soreness??
