So it started as a sketch by my amazing friend Chris @magicalcreationstudio. I then researched and found a toy manufacturer in Shenzhen China and forwarded the sketch and dimensions for them to begin the process.

Within a month, the manufacturer was able to create the initial design. It was surprising a great start ! I then carefully examined the design from photos they had sent and provided feedback and a second design was provided with some but not all changes. I then sent more feedback highlighting the areas that needed the changes (as seen below).

The third version of the Chirpy plush toy was close to spot on ! Just had a minor issue where the neck was.
