     Satele contemplated her words for a long moment, in silence. Almost as if she were meditating on them, raising her left hand to half craddle her jaw and her forefinger over her lips. The she moved her hand to the side as she spoke. ❝ I believe the Force plays a part in this. There is no stronger link in the universe, it connects all life in all shapes. It flows through everything. To think there is no connection would be unwise. ❞

     Carol laughed at her friend’s dramatics. She’d really miss Jess if she had to deal with this mess alone. ❝ I still have my old S.H.I.E.L.D. badge. Somewhere. We could use that if it gets too bad. Or use my Air Force clearance… Hey don’t you have something from the time you worked for Brand? ❞ All right so maybe they were playing with ideas that would get them in trouble, but they were just that. Ideas. ❝ You know, those droids can actually pilot ships. ❞

     Satele nodded in agreement, the other woman was correct in her opinion. She knew this couldn’t have simply happened, the force would not will it so. ❝ This is a wrong that must be corrected. Billions of people are suffering and paying the consequences for someone’s attempt at controling the galaxy. ❞

     ❝ C’mon, don’t be sad. I’ll let you play with it. ❞  Though first Carol needed to find one of those lightsabers; they were too cool to be ignored and like the nerd she is, she would never say no to one of them.  ❝ Or if it’s a bad guy we can confiscate it. ❞ You never know, especially with those people. ❝ There are plenty of ship fragments around here, but I’m guessing you want one that isn’t damaged. I think I may get one of those fancy robots, they seem useful. ❞

     The answer didn’t make any sense. Two universes merging together, and then her very own had come into play.  ❝ And a third has, inexplicably, merged with the previously conjoined universes. There must be another element at play here. A hidden party trying to control this. ❞ Her mind instantly went to the Sith Empire, who else would brings such chaos and misery into the world?

     Satele frowned at the given answer. It didn’t sound like either of those names belonged to the planet, but rather locations within it. Locations that, somehow, were equivalents to each other perhaps. ❝ If I may ask, how did they come to be both? ❞

      a cascade of red curls rippled in the cool evening air as barbara sat, propped up against the air duct atop her apartment building’s roof. the curfew had long passed but at least she was ON her building, opposed to being in it or worse, out of it but still there was an air of discomfort, near agitation about the city and it was getting under the young woman’s skin to say the very least. and that without mentioning the gcpd and her father’s potential involvement in this, even though she’d shied away from visiting him since the announcement. “this couldn’t have come to a BETTER conclusion, could it?? ––– ” she uttered, sarcasm dripping from her lips, “accords, curfew… debriefing… they have no idea what’s good for this city, do they??” 

     Where were Masters Kiwiiks, Syo, Orgus, Jaric, Tol, Oric and Yuon? Surely Satele could not be the only one that had been transported to this foreign seemingly war torn planet. It reminded her of Taris, a once prosperous city-planet destroyed by the Sith. But there was something different, the atmosphere reminded her more of Korriban; the way the homeworld of the Sith species looked from space.

     At least everyone seemed to speak Basic, though that didn’t change the fact that she’s an offworlder. Stranded in a solar system unknown to her, and her current location on the planet resonated with darkness the most. But there’s hope, there’s always hope for change even in the darkest of times.

     ❝ What is this strange place? ❞ She asked, to no one in particular, suddenly overwhelmed by feelings.   

“Isn’t it though. Like why haven’t people ever thought hey I’ll just wait at the grocery store to meet superheroes. And there they are, in their pjs. It would be hilarious obviously.” Kate grinned with a cheeky smile.

      “which we do… NOW. circumstances have brought us both here and i fully intend to make the best of it, now how about you?? –– as for spaceships, they’re an inconvenience, not only to the people driving them, i’m sure but to this city… it’s not so appealing to have spaceships crash landing and hovering about all over the shop. they might be all the rage but like i said, i’m after something else.” 

 shaking  hands  weren’t  TREMBLING  because  of  the  current  situation  he  warped  himself  into  /  no  /  he  WASN’T  responsible  for  such  a  careless  procedure  CURATED  by  a  world  class  moron.  ❝  i  died.  ❞  he  stated,  DRAMATIC  as  he  could  convey.  ❝  nearly  over  fifteen  hundred  times  making  a  deal  with  a  GIANT  fluorescent  turd  in  the  middle  of  another  DIMENSION  for  someone  to  fuck  up   MILLIONS  of  timelines.  ❞ / 

                              ❝  AND  i  had  to  deal  with  STARK’S  ugly  ass  tower  now  i gotta  deal  with  this  equally  as  hideous  WAYNE  TOWER.  /  ugggh  /  all  my  life  i  had  to FIGHT.  ❞

  “maybe ya’ haven’t seen ENOUGH of it yet. how long have ya’ been here again?!”
