Like is going ok, all things considering 2020 and COVID-19.

I just had my one year anniversary at my current employment. Wifey just started a new job, thankfully. New job currently has no more Covid-19 cases. Yay. Glad she left the other job covid was just spreading without proper leadership.

Our lease is ending later this month. I’m quite nervous about tomorrow, but I’m full of excitement and anxiety. I received the clear to close this morning. Tomorrow, if everything goes right, will be homeowners. 🙂

I should get to sleep now, I have an early assessment with a client in the morning.

COVID-19.

This year is crazy.

I started off the year planning my nice little cruise vacation once I got my PTO. I didn’t get it until March 2020... but I decided to pause a cruise when my wifey was going back to school. Obviously, she worth it. ❤️ I love that woman. I also decided I was going to get me one of those gym memberships, in March 2020. I did. And not even a week later they started the quarantine. Well damn, that’s a waste. I still currently need to cancel it. 😂 The fat girl shame. 😂☠️ Honestly I’ll do it this weekend. Wifey and I had our one year wedding anniversary ❤️ we went back to the mountains and stayed in a nice hotel too bad the pool was closed due to COVID-19. It was still great. Now we get to July and the office is uneasy about the rising cases of this virus 🦠. So we go back to working from home. I’m still working my 40 hours per week. Poor wifey still has to work 12 hour shifts. 2 weeks ago I finally took the plunge about getting a home loan. We found this huge house and the sellers accepted our offer! I thought my anxiety was bad, lord these next 30 days until we close! I’m going to thinking about it. Well we’ve secured a home, hopefully the inspection is going to go well on a Monday. Tell me why my estimated mortgage payment is less than our rent!!? Life isn’t so bad, other than our covid scare but we both we negative. I know this was just all over the place, but maybe I’ll leave you with a little relationship advice

Good god, it was a typical day at my agency, and I’m doing my typical days work.

Anyway’s I do 99% of my job on the phone, that’s with any of my clients, everything is by telephone. So I’m on the phone with someone and they begin to tell me they’re super religious and refuses to socialize with gay people out of the blue.

Here I am, thinking well you may want to be careful, you never know who you talk to is a gay... buuut no, I was a professional and steered the conversation back to the task.

Moral of the story, I’m a gay and you will never know it and be nice to people who try to help you.
