I love Harry/Kim because I believe both of these men deserve their 22 years of peace and gentle loving before they get nuked into oblivion but I LOVE Harry/Jean because the toxicity of those two men together rivals that of the Esperance. Wdym the entire precinct called them heterosexual life partners….wdym he dressed up in disguise because he thought Harry would find it funny, only to find out he got alcohol induced amnesia and genuinely does not remember shit about him. Imagine the guy you got trauma bonded high with every day randomly replacing you with a guy he met a week ago. What the fuck. What the fucking fuck. Like from Jeans perspective Harry/Kim is genuinely a psychological horror. I like that, thats delicious.

Harry can out-authority Kim, yes, and he canonically leads/commands most of the time. This fact can coexist with sub Harry headcanons (and, in my humble opinion, makes them better!).
