also, my publically least favorite season is hands of time. It makes me mad because i fully believe its only so bad bc the main team had to focus on the movie's production at the time, and as a result almost every subsequent episode except the first and last are written by completely different people. Watching the season it feels exactly like it wasn't fully formed and everyone who wrote for it wanted to do something else and they had to struggle to bring it all together in the end. what makes me most mad is how much potential it had. it had so much going for it at the start!!! and how desperately kai needed a focused season and didn't get one he deserved. (and of course how nya basically got shafted despite being advertised as a focus)

I know he's a raging racist and he tried to commit a genocide on the Surface Dwellers, but his face makes me giggle

me and @jaymalewife's updated ninjago season tierlist. only real shakeup is possession went down 1 peg, still very good! but seabound kind of just trumps it in almost every way as the "nya season". Honestly prime empire and seabound are equally peak to me, just different vibes and going into them i want different experiences.
