Obsidian Moon Bitties do not do well in homes that support or neglect aggressive, rude, toxic or neglectful behaviors, and will either quickly correct these behaviors or correct you.  And if incapable of neither, will run away with other bitties.

Obsidian Moon bitties are not emotionally soft companions. They are intense, sharp-minded, and extremely boundary-conscious. Compatibility requires caretakers and bitties alike to respect space, privacy, and individual autonomy. This bitty does not tolerate dishonesty, emotional manipulation, or caretakers who enforce blind optimism without reason. They can sniff out lies like a bloodhound and will retreat- or retaliate- if pushed.

Obsidian Moon bitties are introverted intellectuals with a taste for control and clarity. They don't like unnecessary noise, clutter, or emotional chaos- everything in their world is either meaningful or removed.

Heat Info: Obsidian Moon Bitties have both Sub and Dom heats, becoming hissy, flight my, easily flusters, agitated and physically affectionate during these times. happening once a month for 3 days only during Spring and summer before cutting off during winter and fall.

During Sub heats with a mate the Obsidian moon will take a more either a demanding and bratty and controlling persona with power bottom play, or a soft, demanding and needy persona, both becoming VERY vocal and clingy with their mate(s) and will willingly roleplay different fantasies with their partner. Laying up to 1-5 eggs after successful mating.

After the Obsidian Moons Sub Heat The mate(s) must take special care to make sure the Obsidian Moon doesn't sub drop after intense rp sessions! They are especially sensitive to comments on their appearance and harsh words or name calling and will be needy if no a bit shy about what they desire at times especially if they want physical affection or complements.

During Dom heats with a mate the Obsidian Moon bitties become far more possessive and glare at anyone that so much as nears their treasures and hoard, they will 'kidnap' their mates and hoard away to a safe and secure nest where they will lavish them in their different treasures and items, often times willingly roleplaying the 'villain' or evil master for their mates for a spicer time.

Duthy Bitties During Dom Heat are very aggressive with any newcomers, often getting a little testy with them, having a short fuse while being easily irritated, just like their sub heats they will hunt down anything they deem dangerous to the household or nest, this includes predatory birds, dogs, cats and even people if they get too close to the household. They are persistent in courting their partners often with their kills, but if they know their chosen partner doesn't like that form of courting, they will serenade them with flirting and handmade gifts instead as well as poetry, they are a romantic at heart and will not be opposed to being courted back even by multiple partners. They can be a bit of a soft top but when given the change they are a sadist.

Morror Bitties after Sub Heat are sensitive to any comments and teasing and react violently to any form of physical touch without permission afterwards, needing reassurance and emotional support more so than jokes or reminders. After a successful mating this moth bitty will lay 1-3 Eggs.
