His eyes slip closed for a brief moment as his purring grows a little louder when Javier nuzzles him. When he opens them heâs sure theyâve changed color. Over the years he worked hard to teach himself to control that but something about the tone of Javiâs voice and the fact that he was apologizing again was the sort of pressure on his chest only the wolf was capable of. It wasnât a bad feeling, quite the opposite. It was like taking the best hit ever except times a thousand. Ages ago, when he first realized it starting to happen, it was such an unfamiliar, overwhelming feeling that Jason was stupid enough to go to a witch, wondering if magic had something to do with it. Being told, âyouâre in love, stupid catâ is simultaneously the most humiliating and most enlightening moment of his life. And he wouldnât take a second of it back for anything.
He barely has time to formulate a response because heâs floating around somewhere between Javiâs eyes and the feeling in his chest that by the time he hears, âIâm only interested in playing with youâ Jason actually makes a soft whining sound. And then theyâre closer and this is when Jason forgets heâs anywhere but Javiâs arms and itâs probably the only place heâll ever actually want to be. His eyes flash again, pupils going wider for a few moments before theyâre closed again at the sound of âdo you wanna play?â in that voice. At this point, his chest is literally vibrating as he whines again before chirping softly. Heâs not even thinking at this point, he just leans into the sound the wolf makes, every hair standing on end at the sensation of the hand on his chest which his heart is currently hammering against.
Slowly, he opens his eyes. Theyâre an array of colors now, something else that only the wolf was capable of. He stares at Javi for a few moments because itâs a surprising thing for him to hear. Not because he expected Javi to be with someone else the first time he got a chance, but he hadnât expected him not to indulge out there either. It was years after all, and Jason knew first hand how torturous it could be. Which is why it surprised him, unlike Jason, Javi could easily solve his problem. And considering most everything about him, very easily, in fact. He figures heâll get around to asking the wolf just how long it had been because he canât fight that curiosity and all, but right now all he wanted was to be completely enveloped in everything Javi was. So much he wished he were himself, at times. âIâd do anything for you, Javier.â Itâs not exactly an answer to his question but itâs how he feels and he hopes thatâs answer enough as he presses himself closer before kissing him slowly.
He can forget about everything else too, for the moment, with Jason looking into his eyes like that. With the heat of their bodies building, with every inch of him feeling entirely tuned into everything that was Jason. So how can anything else matter? At least for now. âAnd Iâd do anything for you.â He returns the sentiment once their lips part again, voice a little huskier than before.
âYouâre fucking perfect.â Thatâs all he can say before he presses their lips together again, the hand sliding along Jasonâs chest deftly undoing buttons one at a time. Then it moves back up, fingers brushing through the hair on his chest playfully as he pulls away to breathe. âLet me take care of you, Jay?âÂ
Their noses bump as he moves to ease the jacket from Jasonâs shoulders, before heâs lightly brushing kisses along the catâs cheek and down to his neck, nuzzling as he goes.
